Nia Long Talks About "The Banker," The New Apple TV+ Film Based On True Events

Inspired by true events, the Apple TV+ film, “The Banker,” centers on businessmen Bernard Garrett and Joe Morris, who devise a plan to take on the racist establishment of the 1960s. Along with Garrett’s wife Eunice (Nia Long), they train a working-class white man, Matt Steiner, to pose as the face of their burgeoning real estate and banking empire. Their success ultimately draws the attention of the government, which threatens everything the four have built.

Also I Love the Movie "The Banker" it spoke to me regarding Ownership I had been thinking young adult!!! Just saw an article on this: latest on upcoming Apple film The Banker: Linda Garrett, wife of pics subject, reveals her side. Apparently, him an Eunice divorced and he had 6 children with Linda and this is her life and Bernard Jr from his first marriage molested two of his step sisters and they had issues with him trying to be a co producer on this film. He wanted them to sign a release so he could do it, but he never amended his actions.

Until we come together as a unit for change in our own communities and think like the characters in the movie and start purchasing land create our own communities, build our own banks, grocery stores, lending institutions and so forth things will remain the same and the people that are fighting against us just sit and watch us as we talk and talk and put forth no action behind anything we talk about.
