Be honest, none of you had ever heard of this boy until a few days ago. He could be the next Bellingham, but it's much more likely that he will be the new Miguel Azeez or Jack Jebb or Dan Crowley.
No trust me he is different. Honestly the best youngster I’ve ever seen. We really need to look after him and integrate him properly
@Roman_c5 you clearly don't understand football. Young players making it is more up to the player than it is the club. Young academy players are in a very tumultuous stage of their lives and need to figure out who they are. If Max is going to make it, it will be on him
@@AyaGumede Ofc. But we do need to give him the opportunities to show his qualities
Never get excited about 14 year old talents
remember odegaard was in real madrid at like 14 m8. now hes our captain
Max Dowman is unbelievably good. You're talking shite. You've never watched him, that's why.
Never get excited about 14 year olds 😅
@@rick2056 odegaard was nowhere near Madrid at 14.
@@shay4sag760he was legit at the club at 14
I can’t wait to see him on the pitch
When arteta is still the manager no chance for any of them 😢
The guy's a natural....
I wish Omari Hutchinson was more patient.
Not good enough
Omari is never showed anything in the few games he got in Arsenal preseason against Scotland teams or the few cameos Graham Potter have him at Chelsea but he looks to be thriving at Ipswich with 8 goals and 4 assists in 38 games not bad imo.
@@reeseprince8 that isn't true.. The boy is a generational talent. He just needed to be patient
And look what happen when he goes to chelsea? Not even regard for bench lol
@@allhaildrewzavic2838 oh please
Do we need to buy.... let the first team continue as they are one year older, and these players can have a chance
Came here after seeing him get a chance to train with the 1st team
You guys will know me one day
Nice video.
I think it’s a bit far to talk about the midfield being stacked on a video about a player this young. There is time for players to age, mature, and come into a team that is ready for them.
I think First team if want to sell Nketiah only replace him with other Hale end boy
Nketiah needs to go, never hit his potential and never will, he just isn’t skilled enough or willing to hit that next step
@@makogearsolid8002 I said other thing,I said if he leaves bring Biereth instead, not Toney for example,so Hale end always have 4 to 5 players in first team . it's good for academy and financial
Although I m very excited to see Nketiah in next matches I think he reach to his potential and gonna make every fan love him
@@makogearsolid8002he will get his full potential but not just with arsenal.
Yeah .. its very interesting with Jack.. his career continues vicariously through the youth .. if he never had the injuries , he just wouldn't be there now guiding them through their development
Imagine Nwaneri, MLS, Max Dowman were coming through at the same time Saka was there'd have more first team involvements because Saka was insane but also came through at a time when it was a shambles so youth got more opportunity. Look at Barca, more recent years when they weren't as good a lot of youth get opportunities at a younger age than underperforming 1st team players.
But right now if we want them to be integrated into 1st team football i think they'll have to replace our current Hale End graduates like Nketiah, Nelson, ESR unfortunately
Arsenal need to bring through top homegrown talent before they can sell the likes of Eddie and Nelson. There is a quota of homegrown players that have to be included and its a waste of a squad place if their not good enough to offer something in the Premiership.
WALOB
Just saw Max Dowman is born 31 Dec 2009. He is almost a 2010 baby😲
Duberry
I hope Arteta gives more youth players their debuts. That's one of the weak aspects of his game.
as long as we get trophies, I don't really care.
@@cryptoafc7655 it's actually important to winning trophies too. Because without money, we can make power moves in the market, and selling academy players registers as pure profit under FFP, which means more spending power which means a bigger chance of winning trophies.
Yes because beating the best team in the world with 14 year old kids is easy.
He’s got the style mix of Foden and Odegaard.
If these players are any good, why is Assna doing fuck all in the youth leagues?
I mean come on, is he as good as your last ‘best young player in Europe’, Charlie Patino?
Beat Liverpool U18 14-3 mate, with a 15 and 14 year old starting
He’s 14, let’s not get carried away here.
This is a very understated opinion tbh the club think he’ll be a superstar and Wilshere has already mentioned fast tracking him to the first team
He's 14 playing for the u18
Remember when Lewis Skelly was hyped as such a big deal? Now he can rarely stay fit.
Or even Patino? He was hyped to the moon, but you rarely hear a thing about him this season.
Players can only be judged around 18-19, and by that time they should already be good enough to start for the first team.
Even making it to the bench is not a big deal, happens very often to make numbers.
Only Saka was good enough to start at 18-19, rest like Willock, ESR, Nelson could never stay fit, now they rarely ever play.
The days of Wenger where teenagers were making debuts like fish in the sea are gone. The PL has gotten even more physical, its not feasible anymore.
Lewis Shelly is still v much rated in the club.
Willock is quite regular and he often contributes to Newcastle. Nelson is pretty good player, he was regular at Feyenoord, we have put him in bench as he is not better than Saka. ESR is pretty good.
Lewis skelly is nowhere near as good as this kid btw the club are already thinking about fast tracking him to first team training and think he’s a superstar in the making
@@daquaviousbingleton9763who said the club is fast tracking him??
@@official_9101 Wilshere himself in an interview
Where is patino?
He’s at Swansea mate
Nonce
??
Well, here's hoping that the
21st century habit of pouring heaps of premature overhype and acclaim upon talented kids doesn't once again prove to be the kiss of death in regards to them actually fulfilling their potential, and therefore getting noticed so young turned out to be the worst thing to have happened to them.
The kid's definitely gifted alright but not so much as to make the likes of Zelem, Azeez, Saka, Smith-Rowe and Patino look as though they were playing with beach balls, whilst remembering that at 16/17 years old, Reece Nelson was the one being earmarked for fame, glory and riches beyond belief as top boy amongst Smith-Rowe and Saka, not forgetting that with the England youth team Jadon Sancho was considered second to him also.
