TTR was how I got into board gaming and I love this fantastic list; thank you. One of the train games I've enjoyed recently is Switch and Signal - co-op + trains + pick up and deliver + less than a hour.
Thanks for the recommendation list
What about Railways of the World? It's an excellent route building game and still themed around trains.
Great idea/theme for a video
I've only played Thurn und Taxis (the correct name for the game--it's a family name so the "und" shouldn't be translated into English) on BGA and yucata, but really love it.
I've never played Ticket to Ride before. I imagine it's like Catan's road building but with points associated with what cities are connected with your trains. Am I missing anything?
Trekking the world is a game to try if a fan of Ticket to Ride.
Did Legends of the West give an "Removable Stickers" option?
Id like a 7 games youd like if yoy like zombicide
Good choice :)
I believe that you have the Comments Settings wrong, Alex.
What do you mean?

I played Trekking The World for the first time last year and was blown away at the TTR vibes. It is totally family weight but a beautiful production and really really fun. I turned my nose up at it for a long time and was stupid for doing so
Ticket to ride is not supposed to be cutthroat and mean? I've been playing this game wrong all along😂
Transamerica and Pam Am for me.
I like the video, but man, I'm bummed out you gave away multiple mechanics coming up in TTR Legacy. Of course I know it will be mixing in stuff, but knowing specifically what mechanics are to come spoils the surprise, too big a spoiler in my opinion, especially since the game is brand new and most people haven't finished it yet...
One thing I really dislike about Ticket to Ride is how brainless it is to play. Draw cards or play a route. Many times our games were just... draw, draw, draw until we could play a route.
