Here we are at last!
I'm delighted to present to you my new TAMA STAR Walnut set in detail!
Together with @daynightpicture, I think we have surpassed ourselves in terms of video production to let you contemplate the beauty of this set and all its features!
I am definitely repeating myself, but I couldn't be more thrilled to be part of the Tama Drums family.
I am extremely grateful to have this new drum kit, especially during their 50th Anniversary!

This has been on my mind so thanks for the video dude. I'm looking at a 13x6 Star Walnut snare as I've narrowed down my personal preference in a snare to those dimensions, but still unsure about the wood.

13x6 is a nice dimension for snappy sound !
Walnut is really a wood sounding deep, the mids are pre-EQ'd and the attack is present.
It sure sounds great on toms fat toms, but it will sound great on a snare for sure ! :D
