- Training in the off-season has looked a lot different this year. It's about taking it back to the basics, and getting creative with what's available to you. Passing against a bench? Yep. Small nets instead of a goalkeeper? Yep. No excuses. I've even included my workout within the video so you can try it on your own. Hey Sebastian, I played with Sporting 95, and had Carlos as a coach for a long time with 96. I think I might have practiced with you once or twice. I have been following your steps since Mike Leigh told me about you. I watched your first game against Nottingham Forest, and I even subbed to the hammers tv so I could watch you with the u23 team.
