I believe “Salud” is used when you’re going to drink something and if you’re going to eat it’s “Provecho”. Or at least that’s how it is in Mexico. I definitely could be wrong though 🤔

Provecho is more like a greeting, like only saying it, but saying "salud" can also apply to food whenever you're just simulating the "cheers/salud" movement, those are just inside jokes that everyone can apply and adjust, it's fun😂
