Instead of buying a bigger power station maybe you should try making your own. I bought a power station at first and then decided to just get a 100ah LFP battery for $400 and attach a cheap MPPT and the inverter I needed. I ended up with a $1200 power station for less than half the cost. Would make a cool video.

I've seen other tests where the microwave is listed as an inverter microwave. It works on levels less than the max just fine. Even on the Ecoflow River 600. Old microwave technology pulls max power and fluctuates between on and off to regulate the power level. Well, that doesn't help us if the max power level triggers an overload on our power station. The inverter microwaves appear to have different max levels for each power setting, and some of those will work with the power stations.
