I’m excited over all of the sea themes I’m going I Florida and can’t wait to decorate with all of theses!
I'm really enjoying these sea lessons too! I'm decorating my bathroom in an ocean theme for summer. I change my themes with the seasons. I'm working on the jellyfish tutorial she did way back & I'm thinking about this sea horse next or the hammock over the water painting.
I'm digging the water themes in general! I love the bear coming up outta the water, dog in a boat, & the campfire across the lake one! I bought an art journal so I can practice a lot of the lessons without using so many canvases. Just for the practice. Takes some of the pressure off me too when painting, so I can just enjoy it. For some reason it's different for me on canvas & I notice that I get more strict with myself. Especially, if it's a brand new subject for me. Too much pressure to perform well. After I get the hang of it, canvases aren't a problem. It's just about slowly stepping out of my comfort zone in the beginning.

Trying this tutorial on a happy stone :-) (My second painting ever, first one is an Owl. Normally i use acrylic markers for my drawing).

This is how you would do water to show something underneath clear and shallow waters, it would be good for water in a swimming pool. 🤎
