- In this video, I'll show you which modifications and accessories I added to my 2022 Yamaha Tenere 700 and how I installed each item. I'm using the time-lapse option on my GoPro for the recording of the installation processes. I installed these items because I thought they were necessary for me, and I'll probably add or remove things in the future when I get more kilometres under my belt and have a bit more knowledge on what I really need.

Great list of part to add. I’m waiting for the 2023 bikes to come out. Subbed your channel and keep riding around Bend Oregon out!
It’ll be interesting to see what they look like. Thank you so much for the support! 🙏
Thank Florian! All the accessories I'm planning on fitting. Get my 'Big Blue' tomorrow...best colour! 😊👍
That’s awesome Rick, enjoy your new bike! 🙌
Brother, you're so right: blue is it! I recently sold my black 2019, bought me a 2022 in blue. But, to mention: blacky was bit stronger... 😢 but, okay! All the best to you, guys! Guenther, Austria (70)
Nice work on a great looking bike.
Thank you for checking it out! ✌️
Good video. The Oxford heated grips are by far the best out there. The T7 looks awesome, safe riding and enjoy.
Couldn’t agree more, they get really hot! Thank you for stopping by, take care! ✌️
The Oxford products factory is ten minutes walk from my house always smile seeing the logo all over the world
@@stubbk3 makes ya proud I'd say👍
Nice, just been adding bits to mine today. 👍
Awesome! 🤙
Great detailed video. Thanks so much. The info screen is supposed to wobble because it's a rally bike and it could break off, if it was stiff. You can also consider getting a heavy duty 4mm thick bash plate if you're considering doing medium to heavy off-roading. Perhaps some LED turn signal lights simply coz they look nicer and are more flexible during falls. You can take out the soft plastic middle part of the footpegs, because they make your boots slip when wet. You can also get a taller windscreen or a windscreen deflector if you live in a cold country or don't like too much wind buffeting. You could also get a "tail tidy" to make it look nicer. You could get a performance exhaust, not because it's louder, or more powerful, but because it's lighter than the stock. And you can also get a lithium battery, because it's more durable, and also lighter. You can also consider handlebar raisers which personally add to comfort when standing especially. I don't have all the things I mention, but planning on adding them to my 2022 Tenere Rally edition. So far I've only added front protection bars, rear side saddle holder bars, center stand, hard topcase and holder. I will get soft side cases and Oxford heated grips as well. My rally also comes with agropovic exhaust, rally seat, thick bash plate, side stickers, radiator guard, chain guard, LED turn lights, etc. So luckily I don't have to add so much more. There is also an original Yamaha toolkit that fits into the thick bash plate which might come in handy when you're far from home. I will later look into performance air filters, and better suspension perhaps. But don't find the need so early in my Tenere years. Take care and I'll be looking forward to more videos.
Really great write up on all mods you can add to the T7, thank you for that! I know pretty much everything that is out there for this bike as I’ve seen so many videos and looked at many forums for modifications and accessories. The things I installed on my bike are the ones I really need at the moment. I will probably add or remove a thing or two in the future, but for my style of riding I really don’t need anything else right now. Also, I’m a young guy and don’t have the money to spend it on every possible mod as I’d like to save it up for traveling with the bike in the near future. Hope you understand my viewpoint. Thank you for stopping by! ✌️
@@Florian.Martin Of course I understand. Just making sure you know everything I know and also making sure everybody else who is reading this knows it.
Well done
Thank you for watching! ✌️
Great job with the very informative and easy to watch video. Have the side protection pads stayed on? Some reviewers mention they fell off soon after.
They did but barely, at least the lower two… I reapplied a 3M adhesive tape I had at home on the lower two pads. I think I’ll have to do it again this winter but I’ll try to find a stronger adhesive. Thank you for watching! 🤙
You have 3 power acessorys under the fairings, 2 on the right side and one on the left, the advantage is when you turn the key off it will turn the power off, i understand that in same cases it will be usefull to have power without the key, but it's more safe to don't forget anything draining the battery. I've connected everything to that power outlets on mine, in the manual they even said one for heated grips and other for aux lights. But very nice made video.
It's definitely the better option if you use those, but I didn't get a connector like that with any of my cables, so I just connected them directly to the battery for the time being, and hopefully I won't have problems with this setup in the future. Thank you for sharing the tip! 👍
Great video and definitely the best colour too, one tip if you bye a thing from Healtech fit it to your battery then all your leads plug into it 👍. It only let’s power to your things after 10 seconds, then if your charging ect and get off the bike it stops you draining the battery I have one on all my bikes . Ride safe 🏍🎉👍
It looks like a very useful item, I might install something like this in the future - thank you for the tip and for watching! 👍
Looks great a beaty
It definitely is a great bike! 🙌
Great video, love the looks of that bike a lot. You should invest in some ratcheting wrenches for those hard to reach areas you cannot fit a socket on.
I totally forgot that this type of wrench exists, it'd definitely make the job a lot easier. Thank you for the tip! 🙌
@@Florian.Martin they are a definite time saver.
Next mod hpcorse exhaust sits behind bracket looks ace
It looks nice, maybe sometime in the future. Thank you for sharing! 👍
Hello, hard work to create such a detailed video of the attachments for the T7. thanks
Hey, glad you enjoyed the video and thank you for the support! 👍
Very well, the vast majority of extras that you have put on your motorcycle have a great protection value, but have you weighed the motorcycle before and after? And how much is the weight difference? Thanks for the video and take care.
I didn’t weigh it before but it should’ve been around 204 kg (wet). It probably doesn’t weigh that much more now and I’ll also use soft luggage so this will save a bit of weight as well compared to hard luggage. Thank you for watching! ✌️
Hi Great video!!! What size was the seat cover that you purchased (M,L.XL,XXL)???
I bought the size S (length: 65 cm / width: 35 cm) and it fits perfectly. Thank you for watching! ✌️
Great video….,what rear rack did you use?and also which model of Barkbusters?
You can find all the links to every product in the video description.
Good work...I got the exact same bike haha are you putting some graphics on?
Nice, man! I love how the bike looks at the moment so I'll leave it at default for now, I'll do a few more modifications though (will post a video in the coming weeks). 🤙
Is that top rack an OEM Yamaha model, and if so does it fit with the hard pannier racks ? It affords much more protection to the tail piece. They are all useful accessories and options you have fitted 👍👌
The top rack is not made by Yamaha, so I don't know if it will fit with the hard pannier racks. I know that Heavy Duties also offers pannier racks which fit this top rack, but I plan to have a soft luggage setup, so I didn't go with this option. Thank you for your comment! ✌️
To add, I've just fitted a OE Yam rear rack and it has Givi Monokey lugs for Givi Trekker boxes so no need to purchase an adaptor plate. It's a choice of a pannier rack or top box rack on the 700, unless you modify to suit.
Random question whats the second bike in your video to the side? Great informative video, I'm looking inn getting a tenere 700 at some point.
It’s a Honda Magna VF750C. Thank you for watching! ✌️
@@Florian.Martin those are great cruisers. Wish Honda continued the magna's like the V65.
You’re right, my local Triumph and Yamaha dealers said the same, very reliable.
Nice
Thank you for watching! 🤙
hi Florian the seat cover you took to keep what size did you take ?? thanks I would like to prnderlo too as yours
Hey Valter, I bought size S (length: 65 cm / width: 35 cm) and it fits perfectly. Thank you for watching! ✌
Great videos! Do have links for the accessories and mods? Seat cover and instrument display cover? Thank you.
Thank you for watching! 🙏 The links to each product should be in the video description.
@@Florian.Martin What size cover did you use? Looks like you have a nice fit.
I bought size S (length: 65 cm / width: 35 cm) and you’re right, it fits perfectly.
@@Florian.Martin Thanks again. The smallest I can find online is a M. I'll keep looking.
Good luck, hope you find the right size, Mark! 👍
Sada vidim da si domaci covjek :D
Pozdrav! 😁
hi there!how do you feel these tank crash bars?are they heavy
Hey, I only rode the bike with the crash bars installed so I can’t tell you exactly. I’d say there isn’t a big difference. Crash bars saved my bike from bigger damages a couple of times now, so they’re definitely worth it in my opinion!
Nice Florian! I want to buy the same motorbike and I will very soon. Do you like it? Riding this bike?
It’s amazing in every aspect, you won’t be disappointed! 👌
florian have you tried the seat cover does it work ??
Yeah, I have it on all the time. It keeps my butt nice and cool, and it makes the seat just a little more comfortable.
Hi, what crash bars do you have? Thank you.
Hey, I have the adventure ones from Heavy Duties. You can find a link to their website in the video description. Hope that helps!
first time I've seen the Oxford heated grip controller installed on the right hand side.....
Yeah, I know. But it's the easiest way to mount it on this bike. 👍
crash bar enduro with crash bar together can putting together?
I don’t know if it would fit, unfortunately. Your best bet is to contact and ask the manufacturer.
Nobenih problemov s prodajalcem in dostavo, vse gladko. 👍
@@Florian.Martin hvala za odgovor👍 srečno👍
Ni za kaj, hvala enako! ✌️
i just got the tenere extreme and this disclock wont fit in my disc.....wtf
That’s odd, I hope you found a lock that works with your bike.
Дуже гарний мот. Мечта, но уви. Україна.
Thank you for stopping by! ✌️
What's the price on one of those
Around 10.5k euros.
What's your height bro ?
180 cm.
круто!
Thank you for watching! 🤙
@@Florian.Martin вот думаю, брать ралли версию или обычную, с тфт дисплеем или лсд
You can’t go wrong with either. 👍
@@Florian.Martin хочу белую с ралийным сиденьем
Hi man can you send link for rear rack?
Hey! Check the video description, you'll find links to everything there.
I can’t find it..

please i need one so bad east Tennessee USA big sad face😔
Hope you get yours as soon as possible! 👍
These ten thousand dollar bikes are surprisingly expensive hobbies.
It’s definitely not cheap. Thanks for stopping by! ✌️
Brother i want to suggest you that dont ever make video more than 15 to 20 minutes audience will run away
Yeah I know, but I had to make an exception for this one since I'm showing not only the mods but also how I installed them. I could make a separate video for each item but that would be even more boring. Thanks for the input. 👍
You have a doppelganger on CZcams :D "Marc Travels", you look and sound similar! And thanx for the follow on IG. From this day, you, as my first "follower", will always have a special place in my heart :) Now I am just gonna enjoy the video and push your view duration up :)
Thank you so much for the support! Yeah I know Marc, started following him just before he started his trip to Spain/Portugal. I thought we look similar in a way as well but wasn’t too sure… Thank you for confirming this, haha. 😄
@@Florian.Martin Thank you, too! Keep it up, I enjoy your channel sincerely so far!
