at harbor freight they sale abrasive blaster tank that you can use for this application and most of the fittings that you might need. for foam use dish detergent. and that's it. mix with cement and start making domes.
Did you make a Seperate Air Gun?? or just use the Hose with the Blaster minus the Metal Gun? thanks

what you meant by "desired foam " did you meant the desired foam density ?100g or more? we use same foam density any mix cement formula ? or we should adapt it ?

what is the reason of sending the air to the solution tank from up? why do we need to pressurize also ? that safety valve is a direction valve isn t it ? once we take of the compressor so that the air with solution will not come back to compressor right ?
It seems there should be a regulator after the 'T' in the air line. Seems the air going into the wand should be less than the fluid pressure going in. I am using 50 psi on the fluid, the regulated pressure from the compressor, and then using 45 psi on the airline going into the wand to keep everything moving forward and not causing a balance of pressure in the wand. Yours seems to work fine, tho.
Do you think there would be a problem when a change in main regulator affecting the air gun?
That's funny I thought the same thing that's why I redesigned my generator with the regulator mounted to the tank and the tee connect the the other side of the regulator that way if I wanted I could push up to a full 90 through the wand not that I'd ever need to do that.

Domgaia is two cups per five gallons. But that's store bought soap. Drexel is .8 oz per gallon. Hope this helps.

Two cups concentrated Dawn dishwashing liquid to five gallons of water. Seventh generation same thing. Drexel is .8 oz per gallon.

@@omma-llama7860 $228 is expensive for half the tank capacity. Also it cost more than $30 to build it. Not to mention the tools required to build it. But thanks for checking out my store.
