I highly reccomend Bombing's in Meralco Village Marilao, Bulacan. That's all I can say...been around for 30 odd years now. I've tried a lot of Crispy Pata and I will always go back to Bombing's.

JP I owned a crispy pata and chicken take out joint in the 80s when I was still in school. This and the Mandaluyong crispy pata are just neophytes!!! I will take you to the mother of crispy pata!!!! This is where all these now crispy pata joints all learned and got their inspiration from! 😉😋
