You need to be able to spell first. Dose!! = Does.
And of course the families will get no support from government, who are more than partially responsible for this for allowing rogue builders to pay their way out of following proper building regulations, for e.g. drainage systems!
So corrupt. You have to get a "licence" to do simple renovations, including painting THE INTERIOR of your own home.(LANGATA CITY COUNCIL) but people can carry out construction work of whole buildings and NOT FOLLOW REGULATIONS! 😮 angry face emoji.
