- Authorities are searching for a Texas woman whom they accuse of murder in the death of an elite cyclist who at one time dated her boyfriend.
The US Marshals Service is conducting a fugitive investigation into the whereabouts of Kaitlin Marie Armstrong, 34, who is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in connection with the May 11 shooting of 25-year-old Anna Moriah Wilson.

Actually they really weren’t on a break. He had just picked Mo up earlier that day where they went swimming and then got a bite to eat before he dropped her back off at her friend’s house and then left. On his way to the home he shared with Kaitlin Armstrong he texted her and lied about where he had been. He was actively lying to both women. But yeah as you said, why kill…? Move on. What I do know is that not everyone is emotionally stable enough to be able to move on after realizing that they’re being cheated on (no excuse). That’s why people should be open and honest with people about their intentions. He was lying to both of them but his live in girlfriend couldn’t handle the fact that he was slipping away. What may have happened was that he might have eventually built up enough courage to leave Kaitlin and go be with Moriah because they appeared to have a lot more in common judging by his statement to police, but that’s not how you should handle that situation and what happened is one of the main reasons why not. Sorry that was so long…

I'll be very surprised if they find Armstrong alive. She has basically thrown away her own life in a crime of passion. She could be the type of person who might try to start over somewhere else, but that's very unlikely. She was obviously overcome with emotion when she took the life of such a talented, respected person. It's too bad Armstrong didn't feel like she had any other option or alternative. Such a waste of humanity and potential that Wilson's young life was snuffed out, and that Armstrong's terrible action also ruined any hope for her own future as well.

Another website said that in the middle of questioning the detectives were notified that the warrant they were using to hold her there came back as being “invalid,” (whatever that means) so they had to tell her that she was free to leave and she left.

If they were certain she did the crime, they would have been much more careful. If they positively identified the car, then why no positive ID on the driver. Afterall , what security system only takes periodic photos. Was it a woman or maybe a MAN driving the car? Is it her liscense plate or just a similar vehicle? Plus how is it her responsibility to know the details of her date's EX-relationship. As far as we know, she may not have even known about Kaitlyn. Let's not belittle the victim. I read another article which had transcripts of text messages sent between Colin Strickland and Moriah Wilson and texts between him and Kaitlin Armstrong and he was definitely leading both of them on. He lived with Armstrong but he was clearly, judging by the text messages and his statement to police , at minimum trying to keep Wilson close because it seemed he was no longer happy in his relationship with Armstrong but wasn’t quite ready to end it. He definitely isn’t guilty of killing Moriah Wilson but situations like this are why you shouldn’t string two women along until it’s easiest for you to make a move. Love can make a person do crazy things and I would imagine that if Kaitlin Armstrong could go back in time before she killed a woman she wouldn’t do it. Be upfront and honest people!! You never know when one of the people you’re lying too isn’t emotionally stable enough to handle being betrayed and will try and do harm to the other person being lied to. Just don’t do it.

The most I said about her was that she was being lied to along with another woman and that other woman was so emotionally unstable that she killed the victim/other woman.
