Yep, her friend did her a favor by exposing the boyfriend as a cheater. Could have started all over in Costa Rica without the murder part, sadly no winners in this one.

Those are the people who think taking away other’s life is no big deal.
Red state guns should be banned, all the poor angry places should have a zero gun tolerance law.
And now look at her situation because her decision to kill when she could've just moved on- out of the love triangle situation and easily found someone else without killing anyone- now she's going to prison, possibly for the rest of her life over this. It was completely not worth it....
All the blue state gun owners should be allowed every consideration by way of guns but not the crummy Red states.
Of course they were gonna find her at a yoga studio in Costa Rica! If she really wanted to hide out she should have moved to Idaho and gotten a day labor job at a scrap yard or something. This lady is just Wacky!
No one, man or woman, is worth this type of behavior. People who do things like this always amaze me because it astounds me how one would throw their life away just because you can't deal with a partner being interested in someone else. I say tell them to go be together and be happy and get them outta your life so you can move on because you would have never been happy with them in the long run anyway.
Even if you feel just Jealous, you should communicate that to your partner and if they don't help you feel secure then they aren't really worth being with in the first place.
Most people can do this. Kaitlin could not. She was mentally ill.

No matter how hurt you are it's not worth it to kill someone.. it's best to walk away from things that's hurting you than ruining your own life over it.
Further proof of what I preach every other day: all of these fake positive, yoga, whole foods, smoothie, mocha latte, love everyone, all-inclusive people....are often the worst creatures on the planet. I trust NO ONE who acts as if they never get angry or are incapable of ever harming or doing wrong to another.

I am a Yoga Instructor though, and most yoga instructors are not like that. They certainly never say they are never angry. They're just ordinary people like you and I.
Some of them can be worst than fascists, using health militantly for hiding a lot of hate and inner rage.

@@stellac.e2086 Yes I know. A lot of these people are crazy. What is crazy? It is a matter of perspective and it usually a strategy that fails but if you have a jury trial, anything goes. A psychologist forensic expert on one of these dozens of news outlets covering this insane story said that an insane person can actually do things that are considered normal and rational that may require some intellectual reasoning and effort. It is not a perfect science and our legal system is not a perfect system of justice especially when juries are involved.

Yeah. I feel the same way about Jodi Arias and Travis Alexander. Her actions were beyond horrible, but Travis was wrong for stringing her along. He played with her feelings. She snapped. Never play with people's emotions. You have no idea of the state of someone's mental health. If you don't want them, let them go. Not doing so can quickly escalate into a situation like Jodi's and Kaitlin's.
Most people are rational and can move on. Jodi had some warning signs as did Kaitlin. Colin and Mo played with fire considering he provided her with a gun and Kaitlin threatened to kill Mo months earlier.
I can certainly see someone feeling hurt or betrayed, but if that causes them to kill someone, ruin their lives and cause pain to family and friends, that's a pretty extreme reaction. People have affairs all the time. In some parts of Europe, affairs are the norm - maybe even seen as healthy and people don't lose their shit over it. One can't control what other people do, even with the best intentions. We can only control OUR reactions. the only way to really guard our feelings is to learn how to manage them better, take accountability for our feelings, know our triggers, learn how to communicate better and maybe get therapy. and yeah, if you can't tolerate infidelity, then definitely walk away.
@@adrianasundari1689 I agree that cheating is wrong. The guy obviously knows what Kaitland was like and had a short fuse on this issue and should have known better and kept the victim out of his life and of course hers. In a perfect legal system this guy should be partly liable.

@@zombieoverlord65 it could be a number of reasons why, you have couple who have been with each other for ages and cheat, they feel suffocated in the relationship but don’t want to let go of the person because they don’t want to be alone or the relationship has become a routine. Others aren’t ready to commit to that one person but once again don’t want to let the person go so they figure hey I’ll get a side piece. I don’t think there is an exact reason behind it.

This is sad on many levels. Lost of a lot of life. So she had her real passport with her inaddition to the fake one, whom we believe is her sisters. She has a blank stare in her face and no emotion whatsoever. She probably should have went to a European country where she would not stand out so much but maybe it is harder to get into those countries. At some point you need a work visa.
