2003 Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi Rough Idle Fixed!! Throttle Body clean

This 2003 Dodge Hemi had a rough idle at times and would almost "woof" or "Lope" and put black smoke out like it was loading up or very rich like Donald Trump.
We were going to change the fuel injectors because we thought it was a leaky one.
We decided to clean the throttle body first to see if it helped and over 3,000 miles later she runs like a new one!!
I think she is fixed!
