- Angels! In todays Chivalry 2 gameplay I am using the Longsword on the knight officer class. Longsword is IMO the best weapon in the game. We are defending aberfell and they will not touch our relics. This chivalry 2 gameplay is played in first person as usual!

I like the Mercer & Two Handed Spear personally but one of my fav parts about this game is the fact that there’s no clear cut #1 weapon that’s miles above the rest and a decent player could probably still do pretty well and enjoy themselves using any/every weapon in the game; it really expands the experience.
I love weapon balance in this game so many viable weapons

The best way to play the game is to equip longsword, go first person, hit the console and type "togglehud". Hold W, spam C and you're off!

Everytime I play, it's almost as if defense just gets totally zerged and pushed back. Attackers win 90% of the time. Awesome video. I need to practice my feints a lot more.

Can't go wrong with the spear that can slash. Messer > Longsword, but the longsword is good no matter how bad you play just because it's so fast whereas messer can be good in spite of how bad you're playing which just makes the longsword so much more of a comfort weapon like the greatsword can be.

Dude your longsword is really good. Also it's my favorite. I pair it with an axe 🪓. What do you use as a secondary to compliment the longsword? Also do you ever play in 3rd person?

Gamble it when you see animation start, kick back, or if it hits you i duck the follow up often
