Tomatoes stay fresh all year round! Without salt and vinegar

How do you keep tomatoes fresh for a whole year? This tomato recipe comes without salt, sugar and vinegar. The recipe is very simple, so anyone can try it. These tomatoes can be kept in a cool place for 1 year. Cook with love! Make them with pleasure!
Ingredients and preparation:
3 kg of tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes well
Take a baking pan or baking sheet
Bake at 200C (390F) for 15-17 minutes
Washed and dried 1500ml jars
Put the tomatoes in the jars
Optionally, you can add a pinch of salt, 15ml olive oil and 2-3 basil leaves
Close the lids tightly
Since the tomatoes have made the glasses hot, the water in the pot should also be hot
Otherwise the glass will break
Place a towel on the bottom of the pot
Bring to the boil and sterilize at a gentle boil for 20 minutes
Such tomatoes can be stored in a cool place for 1 year
In winter, these tomatoes can be used in salads, sauces, scrambled eggs and other dishes

Hallo, die Idee die Tomaten so naturbelassen wie möglich haltbar zu machen finde ich super! Leider sind meine Tomaten nach 15 Minuten im Backofen total matschig gewesen. Ich hatte verschiedene eher kleinere Sorten getestet, Durchmesser 2-5 cm. Soll ich sie dann kürzer drin lassen?

Man kann auf diese Weise nur Ketchup produzieren, eigentlich logisch, schlimm wieviele Menschen sich von sowas veralbern lassen ohne vorher nachzudenken, oder ist das einfach fehlende Schulbildung (Chemie, Physik, Biologie).

Bei all den Videos, in denen es um Botulismus geht, würde ich es vermeiden, die Tomaten beim Einfüllen anzufassen. Selbst wenn du sie noch einkochst.
Und ich finde es erstaunlich, dass du beim Einkochen keinen Deckel auf den Topf machst. Hat das einen Grund?
