Nice, what features does it have?

basically the same as solarboi, though I'm considering adding an arm(s) (in case of rollovers, or even to pull it over obstacles or through rough patches, etc)..
Also thinking about making a camera mount that can be raised up cause that whole seeing from a foot off the ground thing is dubious... Been testing and man... You have to really have an idea of where you're going. I havent used gps simultaneously yet, but kudos to your nav skills

Nice! How did you handle solar charging? And what are you using to control it over 4G?

So actually the 2 items I have left to buy are the power system stuff. But I found these - the solar panel has usb output and batteries have usb chargers... Only 800mah but would be easy enough to just add more in parallel

As far as 4g, im using a $40 walmart phone for 4g hotspot, video, and soon GPS as well. Have a python program for movement control running on rpi sending serial to arduino with motor controller (didnt have a rpi motor controller). Theoretically gonna just vnc into rpi to give it arrow key commands but I havent tested that yet. I have the code finished but ive only tested on my local machine instead of through vnc

the phone will be replaced by standalone units for each function it handles, but it's what I have on hand right now
