I lived in a 330 sqft apartment with two kids for three years after my divorce. I realized I can live anywhere. That whole situation was a blessing in disguise.
Love it, but I'd tweak the floorplan so the bedroom was on the main level and no loft, or maybe a pulldown attic storage area. I'd break my neck going up and down to pee during the night. 😂😂😂
Just make the room with the twin beds the main bedroom, and keep the loft for storage space! Much easier to access and bring things up and down with the stairs, and if you ever have company can always have a air mattress that can go up there for them!
Perfectly outfitted, the best one i've ever seen. I'd love living in that. I love it because each area is designated and kind of separated, even though it is still open plan. In the main i would say we prefer rooms as opposed to open plan in Scotland 🏴 But for one person i could live with that because of the person who designed the interior. Fabulous ❤😊
@@catherineferguson7646 luckily i'm couch surfing, but homeless nonetheless. It's painful. Can't get a job without a home, and can't get a home without a job. Can't pay off student loans unless you graduate, because all the jobs you're able to get are minimum wage in restaurants. I already HAVE an Associates degree and 30 years exp.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 also homeless. it's almost impossible to get out of it even if you don't do drugs and are not mentally ill. people have no clue how hard and how much work is involved being a normal homeless person. You are in my prayers, please keep me in yours.🙏♥️
Yes! It's like an apartment stretched in the opposite direction, prevents cluttering (yay!!), and is cozy and spacious in all the right places. I think it's wonderful!❤❤
I could and what’s more it’s pert near perfect. I would not want the bunk beds and I would want to utilize the under stairs for more storage. Just for safety I’d want to add a very sturdy wall hand rail as I’m super klutzy! Love the beams, the kitchen amenities! And the bathroom is a dream. Thank you for the tiny tour!
Hey keep the bunk beds you might need them. But you could make them both mobile so they could hook up on the wall until needed, then fold them down again.
Hell yeah I can live in that I think that's actually pretty cool what what more do you really need you got a nice little spot you don't need a whole bunch of junk you just need what you need to survive and seems like pretty much everything is there so and it's cool looking too I love the little loft area up above so yeah hell yeah I can live there
Oh yea!! I'd love to live in this little home. I live with my best friend and we are both widows now and it difficult to find a tiny home that have two different spaces to sleep in. This floor plan seems to be the perfect one for us. I love it !!
Ma'am please go look at the Amish made Homes in Tennessee. They are the best homes for the money and you're going to love all the wood work they did by hand mostly.
I need to know what company made it? I would love to have it since I’ve been looking for a tiny home with one bedroom that had a decent ceiling height and a staircase to said bedroom for the fur baby!
You'll pay more than buying a nice, 950 ft, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, manufactured home. These are trendy and cute, but not worth the price. (They started out as affordable housing for young people, but morphed into a way overpriced trend and foolish investment. Its really too bad, because the originsl idea was a good one - for poor folks too.)
I could see a plot of land being set aside and a few of these being set up like RVs in a campground with plenty of space to add on a small garage with a community playground in the center for those who have family/kids visiting or staying them. The idea would be to create an affordable tiny home apartment complex for those who are living on their own for the first time or other need a place that is not gonna cost an arm and a leg. There would also be the option of "Rent To Own", where after a year a leaser would be given the option of owning the tiny home through the rental payments.
Yes the shower is bigger than the shower that I currently have in a three bedroom three bathroom home for my walking shower so that would be upgrade for the shower
Are you serious?! I literally watched a program on all the worse prisons around the world. Some of them I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy…okay maybe a few of them? Wow what kind of places did you stay in?
Yes, I could definitely live in this Tiny House! The exposed Beams add so much character. I Love it and wish it was My Tiny House. Thank You for sharing!
Yes, I could live in it, on my bucket list would be a bath tub and no moisture problems. I am old so maybe the living room could be my bedroom. No lofts please.
It's bigger and has more utilities than my one-room apartment. The only things it's missing are a sauna and a balcony. I don't have a washer or drier (I use the ones in my building) and I can only fit a queen-size bed in the alcove. This tiny home I could live in with a partner or roommate, if it was in a nice area (quiet, not necessarily rich) with trees.
One big thing to consider in these tiny homes is moisture. Running the shower, breathing, and cooking creates a lot of moisture. If the house isn't properly ventilated, mold can start growing on the walls pretty quickly. I wouldn't want to live there forever either so, depending on where the house is, and if there's anyone else willing to buy it is another thing.
As an introvert, and home body with social anxiety. I want one. I don't sleep in my king size bed because it leaves too much space for me since i am single now. My couch hates me!😊
Could you do it?
Of course easily 😊
How much for something like that
I mean I used to something similar
Yes! Love it, esp. the bunk beds, full washer & dryer !! Price??
Yes to everyone of them but its missing one detail 😕 a bathtub 🛁 some want to relax or have kids with them to give them baths
The question isn’t “could I live in it” it’s “can I afford it”
I can feel you bestie☹️😂
This guy asking the right question
Yes I could
😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣👍
That's what I thought too.
I lived in a 330 sqft apartment with two kids for three years after my divorce. I realized I can live anywhere. That whole situation was a blessing in disguise.
wow 330 square feet thats like 330 feet why you like feet
I have lived in a bedroom and bathroom for 2 years after mine...that house looks amazing👌
Same x
Instead of the 2 bunk beds, put in a large closet, and I love it!
oh yessssss. beautiful ❤❤
My issue is the loft. Those 2 bunkbeds would be ripped out in favor of a door and regular bed.
Yes I could live a tiny home.!!!
And the loft turned into storage
"Tiny" It is much bigger than my house, like, much bigger. 💀
Lmao where do you live
@@theaverageblueberry Latam. ♡
It's bigger?!
I believe the op, my personal space is about 40 sq-ft and I have to share a bathroom and kitchen with 5 other people.
Me2, Hong Kong here you live like this, share with 6 family members and the rent will be 1600 USD per month
Already a lot nicer than the studio I currently live in. I wish I had that big of a kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer!
Besides not being able to afford it, the lack of roof height on the second floor would kill me.
there's no bed there, and hes almost touching the ceiling. it might fit some king blankets but it wont fit a king mattress
Exactly what I was gonna say
Love love the space for the washer and dryer a must have.
Love it, but I'd tweak the floorplan so the bedroom was on the main level and no loft, or maybe a pulldown attic storage area. I'd break my neck going up and down to pee during the night. 😂😂😂

I can’t do the loft
Wish there was enough room to stand in the main bedroom. But other than that, love the features! Plus sleeping area for guests is a nice touch.
I'd love to have this Yes most definitely can live in it and want to.
That's so funny 😅I know right .. But yes true
Bro, stop. You gotta title it “ Could live in it for $blah blah$ price…”
Exactly. These little houses are way to Expensive
So true

If I was younger, yes. I like to stand up when I make my bed.
🤣facts
you can opt for single level tiny house or gooseneck tiny house. You’ll be able to stand up in the bedroom in both styles and very practical
if i wasn't homeless, jobless & heavily in debt for my education, I'd be ALL OVER this!
How do you get use of a computer. I wish you luck. You try to better yourself and then you can't afford to pay the high price of paying off your loan.

Yes! I can live in that tiny home. When do I move in?
My favorite one so far, solely because there's also room for guests
I'd prefer to utilize the space differently and would make the bunks fold down, I think.
Like one about 25 ft wide ??. Cost??
.
qood length 25× 10wide, cost ????
This is exactly what my husband and I want. It’s seems perfect for a couple and their little dog.❤
Yes! Simple but classy, everything you need is there. Would love to if I can afford it
It would be a blessing to have home like this beautiful
I just bought a base 16x32ft one. But i have to do the floor plans and all that myself and this was a major help sprung mad ideas into my head lol.

I would turn the bunks into a half bath, but need another bed downstairs.

VERY frustrating!
Yes! I'd probably sleep in the bunk bed room and use the loft in a different way--maybe a library/craft space
Yes and no, I would still need a storage unit to house all my books, shoes and clothing 😆
