- All the goals scored by Aston Villa FC, winner of the 1981/82 European Cup. Aston Villa won the trophy overcoming Valur Reykjavik, Dynamo Berlin, Dynamo Kiev, Anderlecht and Bayern Munich. That team was coached by Ron Saunders, then by Tony Barton. Tony Morley was the team topscorer, with 4 goals.

Tony Morley goal v Dynamo Berlin was special, great memories. BTW I'm a Leeds fan but that villa team was a joy to watch an they deserved the league in 81 and the European Cup a year later.

Still cannot believe we lost to Villa in the final. Didn't see much of Villa the entire match and then they scored out of nowhere. To lose when the other team is better one can deal with. It becomes tricky when you lose like that. Pisses you off really....lol

Perhaps Paul Breitner might have done better not to have promised Bayern Munich supporters that he would bring the European Cup back to Munich.
Villa's defence was unbreakable throughout that tournament.
Still to this day can't understand why Bayern's goalkeeper didn't come out of his goal to cut out the pass to Withe.
