The "amakan" covering on the ceilings are a good idea aesthetically. I'm sure that they can start sagging because of gravity towards the center where you can't put any more support. But it would still look good, and it's important to cure the bamboo or apply chemicals to counter any wood boring insects.
His wood and aesthetic materials are not treated that may last only a few years, wood pests are common in the Philippines.
I miss the Philippines life.
I used to have a pet chicken like yours, but mine is a white leghorn. Very similar, follows me everywhere in our garden. She is hilarious Tal. Keep her and keep her safe. The house is coming along fine and looking great.
You could add some shutters to protect the glass?

It looks like it's taking forever for your tiny house to get done, but it looks super solid vs pre-fabricated materials, like band aids.
I saw a video from another vlogger showing the house almost done. The interior design looked amazing. I love the guitars on the wall.

Its most likely leased for 25 years and can be extended another 25. Most humans will be dead by the time the lease is over.
@@Joepoe20041 My question is how is he going to sell the house if he decided to leave the Philippines for good? Would he sell it to the land owner since i guess that's the only route where it would lead to. He is investing to much money in that house where he couldn't own, he is wasting money on that. . Doesn't make sense.
