thank you Ralph for this message. I have chosen a diary with a hummingbird for the year 2024 and this bird has come through over and over again. I didn't know what it meant until I have listened to your message today which gives me a fuller picture of the pathway I am apparently on just now (could this be eagle coming through? 😀). I have had a lot of standing up for myself last year (Bear) and been shedding heaviness. It all makes sense. I am 60 and this process has been happening over and over again for about 40 years now....!
From my insights what your describing about where you began is the consciousness of the connection between the 3rd (solar plexus) and the 5th( lower mind) between the 3=5 is the 4th (heart). Soul mission is accessed at 9-10. I started at 4th as a small child as many did but let's say family and marriage and children have became quite the soul trap for many because they can be mostly based on karmic's and people with the 3-5 connection. Thus producing stress, angry, fear, heart aches and this is collected in the emotional body and can produce the dark night but it's the most important thing to do is reconnect it to reach the higher mind consciousness! As you can see we have this movement to battle 3 vs 5 which says a lot that we are not following the master or ancient ways! I respect your ways it's in alignment with the goal. The deers strength is he can move fast to get away from danger (fear reflex) after he gets to safety he drops to the ground and truly his whole body shakes as he releases all the fear chemicals he received to do it. We don't as humans and live in constant stress.... it's deadly long term so we don't reach the higher self as much in this day and age. People are trying to shift into 4th I can see it but it threatens the old system! I learned by my experience and the higher mind and cross referenced the old teachings and science to bring it into this age but I never sought to be a teacher just another human with experiences.
