Correct.He was shooting lots of air balls and missing in game dunks,according to Nick Van Exel,he said this in an interview.

@@rickyrichreacts9667 Del Harris was an old school coach,he played his vets first,not some high-school rookie who didn't even go to college.According to Shaq ( I read this in Shaq's auto-bio book ) when Del Harris benched Kobe for a mistake,some flunkie from the owner would come to the Laker's bench and say: put the rook back in the game,no wonder Kobe was such an &&&hole later in his career.No one ever was able to discipline him when he needed it. He turned into a stubborn jerk who refused to pass the b-ball to his-OPEN-team-mates.
