@@DruMarr have had the AT Zeus since Tuesday. It's amazing, so stable with no effort at speeds and the acceleration curve is so smooth it fools you into thinking you're going slower than you actually are

Siccckkk board. You might need pads for level 4. Leatt dual axis for knees, fox pro titan for elbows, flexmeter D30 for wrist. Fox full face MIPS, or motorcycle helmet, if you’re punching it to 35 mph. Be safe.
It was a struggle for me to decide between this and the zeus. Went with the zeus because I'm not sure about dkp on a board that fast. Hurricane does look sweet though
dkp is pretty stable, but if you buy harder bushings or even just tighten them up a bit more the hurricane becomes stable, I don't get speed wobbles now
@@alrizkimarino I'm still waiting for mine to show up, hopefully this week. From everything I've seen doesn't look like you can really go wrong with either one but I stuck with the zeus because they use the common hobbywing esc and meepo uses the lingYi esc and I don't know much about those.

The graphics speed is more like an average, it speeds up before I accelerate and it slows down before I break, but the remote can be off sometimes too, I would trust the graphic because it’s straight from the GoPro
I just got the meepo V4 a few weeks ago as my 1st board, and I'm having an absolute blast riding it, I can't believe a $400 budget board can be this good, am I'm already itching to get an AT board, I was hoping to hear ur thoughts on if the Hurricane is worth the 4x the price tag to the V4?

Might be silly questions, but how do you store and carry the board? I have one of those guitar stands that is good for storing street boards upright, but I'm not sure if it would work with an AT board like the hurricane. Also, if you drag the board by it's front trucks, do the motors scrape against the ground?
i have carpet so i just stand the board up on the wall, I'm going to get wall mounts soon but the hurricane weighs 30 pounds it'll probably break the stand and I don't think the wheels would allow it to fit, and this is going to be in the review but no you cant drag it, the motor guards tough thee ground before ou can carry it comfortably since the wheels are smaller, it sucks cause you have to bend down a little while rolling it
I just grab it by the motor guards like it’s a handle so It’s rolling on the front wheels, works perfectly for me cause I can pull it up stairs and everything with no problem.

With the Black Friday price drop I don't know if any other board maker will compete with the Hurricane's lower price. Now I don't mind spending $1450 including Cloud wheels and AT wheels. Do you know what the ride difference is like between 190mm AT wheels and 155mm AT wheels?
Cloud wheels and At wheels is the way I would go personally, I find more value in the cloud wheels, the smaller wheels make a gigantic difference in acceleration, and the bigger wheels on my Wowgo seem to hold tighter carves, but maybe I just have to break them in

Would you recommend this or your AT2 for someone looking for a board just to have fun on riding slow around 15mph and carving. Not interested in top speed, torque, or range. With Meepo's BF sale there is not much difference in the price.
In your case you might think that the meepo hurricane has too much power and I agree. One amazing plus that you do need to consider is the RANGE, sometimes you just want to keep going and going and you can do that on the hurricane, not so much on the AT2 with their new battery system. I get about 16 on the AT2x but if you’re looking for the cheapest but reliable then the AT2 is the way to go, you can also carve harder on the AT2 because of the bigger tires, I would say it’s more comfortable, but the hurricane is more stable

Hopefully you can review that board soon, would love to hear your opinion on it. Would you recommend for someone completely new to skateboarding and ESK8 or is it too much power? (I have plenty experience going 30mph+ on electric scooters, but not ESK8)

I was so suprized ad the torque and punch of the hurricane all the reactions are true lol, the reason I strayed away from the Propel Endevor is because I hear it doesn't turn very well, and like I said in the video I love carving and surfing the street, but the way it handles off road looks like a dream, then again I don't go off road often lol so I was pretty split. Im going to be honest, I've been E-Skating for 2 years now, I've been through many crashes and Ive learned a lot about controlling when to accelerate and when to break, you really need to know what you're doing when handling a board this powerful, you could get scared and slam on the breaks and the wheels lose traction and you can fall, you also have to be aware of shifting your weight when accelerating or breaking or else the boards momentum will throw you off it, through the year I've gained all these skills and do it automatically, but for a new ride the hurricane has way too much power and torque, you could ride it in speed mode 2 but most people would get bored, that's when it gets dangerous sorry for the long rant lol

I appreciate your insight and honesty. I actually just found out about the new Ownboard Zeus through Scott Davies channel and he said it was the most stable ESK8 he's ever ridden. He took it past 30mph and he didn't seem scared of wobbles or anything, so I think that might be the right board for me after all. Obviously, I will take your advice and make sure that I keep it in a lower mode until I learn the basics and then go up to the next mode after I get super comfortable. Baby steps... I just like to buy things I can grow into. Luckily, I have self-control. Or should I say, I have self-preservation... lol
@@iAmMrHD Try do turn hard at save speeds and practice braking fast only when you really confidently do that move on to the higher speed and power levels. Also if you go fast know the surface or wear MotoX levels of protection.

My only reservation is the Lingyi esc. The ones on the Ecomobl + Propel X4S are a bit jerky when accelerating especially from standstill. I know this has an upgraded LY esc so curious to know how it compares.
Nope you can no compare the Hurricane to the ling ye, it is now using the Ly-FOC and the disgusting jerky ness and unresponsive breaking and accelerating is gone! I know this because I used to ride the Meepo V3 every day, and I’m sure the propel endeavor has this same issues

When you say full throttle do you mean top speed? or accelerating as fast as possible? Or did I keep the acceleration down the whole time? And when and where in the video are you asking cause I did it like 7 times? The question is too broad

The 2s max is the better board for comfort upgrading, it has the range and the torque, The V4 is just fast that it, deck flares feel bad and uncomfortable to stand on, 90mm hubs suck and clouds are better. and it’s a stiff deck so carving isn’t as fun and pumpy. It’s all about preference
The only reason I would buy this board would be for the top speed. But double kingpin trucks are a deal breaker for me. No way bro. I'm just hoping Meepo uses the new technology to make a Mini 3 ER. That, I would buy.

You csn drag it without scraping but if it does scrap there's motor guards so the motors are safe
Don't store the board just keep riding it all the time lol, you can drag the board by holding the motor bash guard👍

i have the Ecomobl ET 50 amps one.It's fast that I couldn't go full speed on throttle only to back off,not this board.

No if you’re going to spend $600 get belt drive instead of hun
Look at the Wowgo 2s max
But I don't like belt drive and 2s max is worse

The 2s max is the better board for comfort upgrading, it has the range and the torque,
The V4 is just fast that it, deck flares feel bad and uncomfortable to stand on, 90mm hubs suck and clouds are better. and it’s a stiff deck so carving isn’t as fun and pumpy.
It’s all about preference

The only reason I would buy this board would be for the top speed. But double kingpin trucks are a deal breaker for me. No way bro. I'm just hoping Meepo uses the new technology to make a Mini 3 ER. That, I would buy.
