    | Legendary Githyanki Inquisitor Ch'r'ai W'wargaz |
    After reaching level 6, I Respec my class into a Sorcerer Warlock.
    Githyanki's Inquisitor Ch'r'ai W'wargaz is incredibly tanky and may be a run-ender if played improperly. Each Githyanki warrior has the ability to drop your character in one round. You must prepare for his legendary action, Tu'narath's Mind Claw, if you want to win this fight solo. Using the shield reaction, Mirror Image, will be quite helpful dealing with his spiritual swords.

    Just killed him on my solo Lae'zel origin class only run. I made sure to wait for the Bliss spore buff given by the myconids before moving into the mountain pass. Unironically the 1d6 is the only reason I was blasting off on the guy. Needless to say I've been abusing the hell out of it and will be sad when it goes cuz Voss will force me to rest. I thought about doing the surprise like you but it didn't seem right considering its Lae'zel's story.

    Actually curious of your base stats and draconic bloodline. Also really nice job. I’m going to try honor mode now and looking for a good build. Also I’ve never utilized potions and boy was I missing out

      My all-time favorite sorcerer is Draconic Bloodline. Although Tempest is fantastic, you can really become airborne by simply gathering potions of fly, and the lightning spells you obtain by being a tempest sorcery are simply obtained by purchasing scrolls. The most effective high-damaging abilities include, at the very least, chain lightning, lightning bolt, etc.
      Draconic Bloodline is excellent due to, resistance to damage of your selection, and the ability to add their Charisma modifier to their AC. With a default of 13 AC without any armor, the armor I'm using here is the Graceful Cloth which got me to 18 DEX, and since it's 10AC and isn't an armor type, I technically benefit more by wearing this. Later down the game in Act 2, I'll be able to get my hands on Potent robe, and this is the best in slot armor for a warlock as it will significantly buff eldritch blasts.

    For sword in your hand you took feat?

    • @Kukutiel40411
      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci +5

      I took dual wielder feat. Usually, people go ability improvement into Charisma, but due to the most recent patch, you can't precast items anymore as removing them from your character removes the status effects from those items. With a few exceptions.
      Phaalar Aluve was hit hard on this patch since the sword shriek condition will disappear if you unequip it.

    Your videos are amazing and wil help a lot for my future run. Just one thing ,why do you care about the the type of hex you are applying? i thought they were just for ability checks not saving throws, and the only useful one in combat would be strength in case they want to shove. i've seen you do it in other videos too.

      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci +1

      It's just a bad habit I developed from my earlier playthroughs. Haha, you're absolutely correct about the strength part; it's really only useful for that. Besides the 1D6 necrotic damage. I eventually grew out of it, fortunately. 🤣

      @elion4245 Před 2 měsíci

      from what i saw, most likely, since potion of speed is only 3 turns long, he wanted to activate it from turn based mode, without spending a bonus action. If he instead, would've activated it before combat start, it would've been only 2 turns long, not 3

    • @Kukutiel40411
      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci

      There are a few things in the game that gives guranteed crit as well items you can find throughout that lowers the roll you need to hit a critical.
      Figuring out ways to be at an advantage increases the chance of critical as you roll 2 dice making it easier to roll a nat20 :)

      Revertebration, boors of clamour, gloves of belligerent skies for extra thunder damage. Sparkspeller, lightning damage, Phalar Aluve even more thunder damage. The psychic damage is from the cull of the week.
      The amulet of Psychic that you get from Blurgh adds an extra magic missile as well.

    • @Kukutiel40411
      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci

      I have a bad habit of selecting their highest stat skill. This doesn't do anything. Hex's saving throw debuff isn't really all that good as it has very limited impact. I only use it for consistent damage since it synergizes well with Rays of Fire or Eldritch Blast.

    • @Kukutiel40411
      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Hex is additional damage. Mystra's. Blessing comes from the arcane staff of blessing and doesn't require concentration to maintain. It provides a 1d4 attack roll, and hex is a damaged base.

    What is the point of throwing haste potion instead of drinking?

    • @Kukutiel40411
      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci +3

      If you a drink potion of speed before the start of an encounter you will use up 1 turn of it. If you throw it on the ground and gain the buff by walking on it in the middle of an encounter you will get all 3 turns of it. It's a method to maximize the duration of the potion, especially since they're very rare to come by in Honour Mode.

    How do you have 9 scrolls of misty step and 10 of dimensional door? I smell cheats.

    • @Kukutiel40411
      @Kukutiel40411  Před 7 měsíci +5

      Volo sells them often at camp. You don't need to consume any camp supply resources if you take a partial rest. Additionally, I emphasized a footage of stealing Volo and Arron in my Act 1 Full Solo video. These are regularly restocked at early level scrolls. If you realize that merchants replenish their inventory every time you level up or after a partial rest, you'll realize how prevalent they actually are. There are a few skilled soloist in BG 3 you may encounter with absurdly high scroll counts that contain level 6 spells, since they use a similar method I just mentioned.
      The ridiculously high number of scrolls on these other videos does not imply that they are also cheating. They are simply using a strategy akin to stockpiling scrolls mentioned in my statement.
      Furthermore, I rarely need to use them (Misty Step & Dimension Door) because I usually have enough potion of fly during my encounters. Instead, I save them for when I play through the game or for emergencies when I need to escape after using up all of my movement speed.

    • @millerm94
      @millerm94 Před 7 měsíci +2

      @@Kukutiel40411 fair enough. I didn't know volo sold them regularly. They're basically impossible to find before act 3 so seeing 9/10 of them would have been extremely tedious without a merchant that regularly stocks them.
      I rescind my accusation.

      @@millerm94 No problem :)
      If you would want a reference on how I obtained my items, feel free to watch my Act 1 Video. I'm working on Act 2 full solo right now, and I've observed that because all the merchants selling potions of speed, flight, and elixir of bloodlust are grouped together in the moonlight inn, it's much simpler to obtain them there. Hehe.
