I don't know if Vance Honeycutt is it. I feel like he benefits massively from the metal bats and a lot of that power he has will go away when he has to play with wood bats. He also doesn't have the best bat to ball skills as is. I think Trey Yesavage needs to be the pick if he's available at 15, and if not then they could pivot to prep position players with high upside as they've done the past few drafts.
