  • Almost 13 months to the day since I took delivery of my all-electric Energica Eva Ribelle, I clocked up 10,000 miles (16,000 km).
That's between 3 and 5 times the average annual mileage done by UK motorcycle owners.
And none or those miles were commuting or business miles, as I've worked from home for 15 years or so. They have all been pleasure trips, touring, group rides, and quite a few rides as an IAM National Observer, training people for their advanced motorcycle test.

How tall are you? I am 6'2/230lbs and in between Experia and Ribelle. It would be a daily commuter. Any suggestions?

I'm 172 cm, so pretty much 5'8 and I'm ok with the Ribelle, but although the seat is slower than the Experia, the Experia's seat is slightly narrower. I could flat-foot the Experia but I can't quite do that on my Ribelle.
But you'd be fine on either.
If you're using it predominantly for commuting, I guess it comes down to your own taste. I think my Ribelle looks better than the Experia, but the Experia is more practical for touring and is more sit-up than the Ribelle. There's also a better luggage option on the Experia. I tend not to use my panniers on the Ribelle, as they're thermoformed and just get messy in normal use, though I still use them if I'm going away.
