There's nothing wrong with consuming insects. It only seems unsettling if you've been conditioned to believe that eating them is gross and dirty, even though humans have been doing it for thousands of years. In many countries, such as Thailand, Mexico, China, Ghana, and Cambodia, eating insects is a normal part of the diet and widely accepted.
