thank you so much :) weight gain and weight loss both involve so many factors - it really depends on the person! I have found when working with clients on weight gain, specifically, there usually needs to be a bit more intention with the amount of food eaten (keeping track in some way). It depends on the person and situation though, and the approach they choose to take!
We don't have game day in Oz. I guess the AFL Grand Final would be similar in October each year but I don't bother with it. I would leave the chook out of the dip and just have it full of bacon. I only like roast or fried chook. I don't like it in/on anything else. When I make meat balls I add sour cream and tartar sauce to the meat mixture and make a sour cream and tatar sauce mix to dip them in. You look amazing Alyssia
