I am 39 years old. I used to get tired easily, breathing issue, started getting little pain on my left hand, nerves of wrist, elbow, left chest, did lipid test found my triglycerides was 281, followed Dr. Saleem sir videos and
Within 1 month i could reduce it to 157 (need to reduce more) due to below practices:-
1) Normal Walking every day for 1 hour + (did not skip even single day)
2) Morning empty stomach intake of 2 kashmiri lahsun (cut into pieces).....every day
3) 1 spoon maithi (Fenugreek seeds) in glass of water, kept over night, then drank its water morning empty stomach...every day
4) I am non vegetarian, difficult to avoid, so started eating small portion instead of large portion, less frequency too compared to before
5) I used to eat outside food too most of the time.. slowly & steadily started reducing the frequency...
6) Totally avoided packed foods like chips, wafers etc
7) Totally avoided soft drinks etc
8) Eating food 80% only.. keeping 20% empty.. no over eating
9) In break fast reduced intake of butter, pav, tea etc replaced it with carrot, amla, betroot mixed juice, coconut juice, mosambi, orange juice.
10) Intake of 1 apple per day with its skin
11) Increased intake of water
12) Tried to avoid white sugar & white salt as much as I can.. no added sugar, no sugary items..
13) I never drink, smoke etc.
14) My weight reduced from 95Kg to 91 Kg (In just 1 month)
15) Currently No pain in left hand, nerves, chest etc.
Just to summarise little changes in life style + walking daily has helped me

After following above life style for full month of October 2023, November 2023 & Half month of December 2023..
Also changed normal walking to Brisk walking ..
1) My current Tryglecerides is 130

No medicine taken..only had 2 kashmiri lahsun ever day morning empty stomach ..first have it for 1 month then do lipid test to check if any improvement..

Here's the summary:
1. Exercise regularly (most important. Do cardio exercises - after consulting your doctor in case).
2. Lose weight
3. Eat less carb and fat ( avoid sugar, vanaspati ghee, butter, deep fried item, processed food, cake, pastries, refined carbohydrate like Maida, etc)
4. Quit alcohol if possible, otherwise limit your intake to 2 pegs/day.
5. Consume fish at least twice/week. Or take Omega-3 supplements.
6. Drink more water (at least 2.5 - 3 lts/day).
7. Don't overeat/skip meals.
8. Quit smoking

In last June my triglyceride level reached at 625, maine Gym lagaya thaa our roz mai 8 Egg with Egg yolks khata tha due to which I also came in pre diabetic,, then started Rozat F,, Bisoheart 5 and reguler exercise,,,,,

What happened after going to gym did it reduce?
My readings up from 122 to 222 in 6 months .

Mine was almost 1000. I ma on medication for 6 yrs, and the lowest I was able to do is 269. Now I am on a strict diet and lost 25 lbs. I will post the new blood test in couple of weeks.

I have read triglyceride means oil and oil is not good for high triglyceride. Hence, we shouldn't take oil from any kind of food and fish and fish oil also form oil so avoid oil and also fish oil.
Cholesterol, triglycerides and other all lipids are good for our body they work like lubrication in joints

The result as under
Weight reduction from 69 kg to 67 kgs

PP. reduced from 225 to 190
Total cholesterol rises from 164 to 180
HDL. FROM 31 to 32
LDL from 89 to 102
VLDL FROM 42 to 47
Triglycerides from 211 to 235
I am non alcoholic and non smoker.
Strictly following the diet.

How much your high level and after that how much counts in your report because my triglycerides is 177and I want to reduce its upto 100reply must now i am walking 10 km per day
