Hello why does the temperature keep going up? I set the temperature and time and during heating the transfer it goes up another 10 degrees or more. And the smell of burning plastic is really bad. I have burnt 5 Tote bags even when I set it at 175 c it still burns the bag and the transfer paper sticks
Hi! Did you find out what was happening? The same thing is happening to me and I just burned a t-shirt. I set the temperature at 150 °c and it shows 233°c!
Mine won't stop heating too. Did you find a way to stop it ?

I had to dissemble and reassemble it every time finally I gave it away
11 oz is the biggest this one does. I think it comes with a smaller adapter but not bigger. Make sure the adapter isn't in it. Otherwise I don't what to suggest. Good luck. 😞

Did it come with attachments? If so, you need to contact the vendor you bought it from. You have to buy one with attachments or it won't be there for future use (unfortunately).

Hold down little person button, and the + and - button all at the same time. I think it takes 5 seconds. That's it. To turn it back on do the same.
