Looks like they updated the lame one I got with this:

Here’s more like the one I had in this video that I wasn’t a big fan of:

The vinyl melted because you didn't set the temperature right. I'm sorry, but you should've practiced a little more before judging this product.
Hey, I’ve been using T-Mobile for nearly 20 years. I never had much of an issue. But then again, I’m using an iPhone 13. Anyway, let’s see how the knock off works. 😁
I have this same item and it works perfectly. I see you was not using butchers paper to cover your vinyl. From what i have learned from watching different vids on heat press. You are supposed to use some type of paper to protect the press. And it helps with the image going on what you are trying to put it on.
Thanks for the hints!
@@KatieBethDeath You’re welcome. Every little bit helps us out here. Thank you for your videos ❤️
Okay new comment, I’m getting ready to buy the Cricut 12x10 heat press, (cutting out the middle man). With a little patience, I should be able to add my designs on jackets and hoodies.
Nice!!! I just subscribed to your channel, so make a video of it!
@@KatieBethDeath Thank you so much, I will. In the meantime. Here’s a good one to start with. czcams.com/video/xXJsktm9xOw/video.html
I truly appreciate your video however, the level of skepticism that you brought made it a little uncomfortable because you came into it with a negative outlook before you even gave it a try maybe if you started it out with a different outlook because we watch it trying to figure out if it’s something that we want to give a try or not, and we want an honest opinion however, maybe try shedding your biases before you give it a try I have had to return two Cricket presses because they malfunction or they wasn’t working right the one kept tripping my circuits until I returned it. They sent me another one back. Problem solved, so none of these electronics are infallible , and some of it is also human error. I have, and it works perfectly for me. I also have the vector mug press, and. Circuit is not plug and use there is settings, timers and human pressure
Thank you, you make some really good points! I will try in the future to be less bias from the start!
@KatieBethDeath thank you for your reply and understanding that it was bat meant to be negative, because I enjoy watching your videos.. thank you
I had Vevor make me a manual press and it's almost as crappy as the heat press. It consistently presses harder on one edge than the rest, even after calibrating and recalibrating and leveling and on and on.
Also if you cut around the image before putting on the hat, it helped me when I was making some hats last time.... with my cricut mini....
Thanks!
Mine doesn't heat equally i had to move it around and that sometimes gave me ghosting and now after a month it broke 😢
They did end up having great customer service (maybe they’ll replace it if you ask?). But realistically, it hasn’t ended up being very reliable 😞
Mine works perfectly
I’m jealous! (Although it could just be me…operator error.)
Does your one has the silver jack at the back?
@@desiflavor2633, both of mine did, yes
@@desiflavor2633 okay. lil disappointed about that, mine does not, i have the blue one
I had trouble with the power button
Hopefully you still have time to return it!
4:20. Cool, I’m not the only one who copy’s and pastes from Google Translate.
😂 😂 😂
Yesterday I bought the same but 12' x 10'
Tell me how it works for you!
Mine is working but with the same problem with the plugged thing. I write to the customer services for them to change the user notice. But for thé heat you have to be focused because its going up and down. But for the price it's making the job for me. Anyway if I saw your video first I would certainly not buy it 😏
I feel the same way! 😂 (About not buying it if I knew first.) I’m glad you’ve found work arounds to keep using yours. I haven’t wanted to deal with all of its issues to keep using mine. Hopefully soon I’ll get back to it.
Please where can this machine?
Amazon-if there’s not a link in the description, I’ll see about putting there one later today
Don't see this style with the handle on their site..
Hmmm, maybe they have discontinued this one already…which means maybe they make better ones now!
@@KatieBethDeath could be, the design on the new ones looks to have been changed so you better distribute your weight across the press rather than the single handle.
@@DavidGridley I’m not sure if I like that idea more or less. But I guess even distribution is better!
@@DavidGridley thanks for the update on the product!
I honestly think china products are not for you. You definitely need a cricket version. I can literally look at that product and know how to use it. But I deal with a lot of China machines. The cricket one is the same just user friendly
I agree.
Why do I suddenly think I will be getting your face on plates, hats, and shirts for my birthday now?
Because you are smart, haha!
If you need to iron any shirts with vinyls let me know, I’ll let you borrow my critcut.
Do you have the cricut heat press?!
@@KatieBethDeath yes ma’am, I don’t use it that much anymore. I can help you with your projects by letting you borrow it, just let me know.
@@jeniferpixtun, I’m good for now, but thank you for the offer!
@@KatieBethDeath you’re welcome 😁
This was stressful to watch. This just told me it was worth getting the cricut mini and Cricut 9x12 👌🏻
Agreed!
Well, double is a score
Better read the instruction first before making a video and make any judgement
That’s part of the fun of it!
WOW! You really need to be smarter than what you are using. Sorry, but I have had mine for over a year, and have never had any problem with it. In fact, I have 2 in different sizes. I attach iron on vinyl and interfacing to fabric of all kinds. I have even attached heat and bond with it. I do also have the hat press, no problem. I had your problem with Cricut brand products!
I 100% agree. My problem could completely be operator error!
You should watch a video ? Idk it looks so cool
i am sure you will learn, but why you bought all that as a set and you don't know what it is for,
while you can buy single unit for cheaper and lighter in wight for shipping.
1. I wanted the attachments more than just the big iron. (I.e., hats)
2. Free shipping.
@@KatieBethDeath i am looking for one of these but its out of stock in amazon and there is no 220v
I am very sorry that you are stuck with that such a big paper weight.
In the future avoid that brand "VEVOR" they sell Chinese crap and their customer service sucks.
I am stuck with a vinyl cutter machine. They refused to replaced but they tried to make a $10 discount, then a $20 discount finally I gave up and tried to fix the machine myself. It worked fine for a month, then failed again. So a huge paper weight here too. Also the software included is terribly bad.
One more time, please stay away from VEVOR brand
I believe this might suck but to be honest almost ALL our products in the USA are made in China and thats just a fact even products that claim that they are made in the usa are put together in the states made with China parts that Americans companies that made this a fact of life look at Apple for example they rather be EXSTREAMLY EXSTREAMLY rich instead of just EXSTREAMLY rich yet the Americans rather use slave labor so they can make more bucks so who's to blame us/ the rich American jerks. But I'm sry my point is just cuz its made in China does not mean it's a bad product most of the time ur just buying straight from them b4 the Americans name can be slapped on and jack the price but u just gotta do alot of research on the product. This one she bought they sell at home depot and have a 30 day return policy id rather just try the press from there and not the jumbo pack and it suppose to actually have more heating elements plus u should have practice knowing what ur doing cuz BELIEVE if u saw how my cricut products "worked" for me for about 3months I screwed up EVERYTHING!!!! So I take this review as a grain of salt
You are biased
Accurate!
She doesn't read the manual and then turns on the cam...
Exactly! You already know me so well!
@@KatieBethDeath Yes, because you said you had to figure stuff out - although the manual stops the guessing game.
