- Every year on June 21st, yoga related events are held around the globe celebrating the International Yoga Day.
For many people, yoga may be understood as a unique exercise.
Yoga originated in the Himalayas. Throughout history, the wisdom of the universe and the method of enlightenment has been passed down to the enlightened Great Saints.
Yogmata who was invited to the United Nations for the International Yoga Day event, as a guest of honor, gave the following quote;
"When you practice meditation and yoga, your body, emotion and mind are harmonized.
When you are calm and have peace of mind, that energy will be conveyed to societies around the world.
By learning this method, every one of us can awaken the source of our own energy and obtain peace, love and harmony.

【Yogmata Keiko Aikawa】
Yogmata has been interested in and practiced yoga, meditation, and health regimens since her teenage years. She traveled to the Himalayas to practice authentic yoga, the path to enlightenment, and achieved “Samadhi,” the ultimate stage of yoga and meditation. She has given speeches and taught meditation, three times, at the UN Headquarters. She has given lectures and training courses around the world including in Japan, the U.S, and India. She is also an author of books which have sold over 1 million copies.

出家をされていた方が政治のリーダーならば、絶対に善いことしかしないし、愛と調和で利他の心で国を運営される信頼感がすごいでしょうし、普遍の真理に則って政治が行われるインドは素晴らしい理想の国ですね。

まず、ヨグマタジとの出会いで本当の愛と平和とハーモニーの存在を知ることができると思います。
実際にそれを体験することがなければ、それを目指し、それを得ていくことは難しいと思います。
もっと言ってしまえば、今まさに既にそれを得ていても、得ていることにすら気づくことができない｡｡ということでもあると思います。
それを実際の悟りの意識、波動で私達に直伝して下さることのできるサマディマスターの存在は奇跡だと思います。
