- True yoga for reaching enlightenment originated in the Himalayas. Among many different forms of yoga such as yoga of exercise, yoga of wisdom, yoga of energy is "yoga of love" called bhakti.
In India, people devote reverence and pure love to God through which they believe that God's blessing is given to them for happiness. This is a culture of faith that is deeply ingrained in the country.
Yogmata guides us on the path to awakening the cosmic love with the wisdom of Himalayas, and through “bhakti (devotion) yoga”, becoming one with God's love, becoming a person of light and achieving oneness with the universe.

【Yogmata Keiko Aikawa】
Yogmata has been interested in and practiced yoga, meditation, and health regimens since her teenage years. She traveled to the Himalayas to practice authentic yoga, the path to enlightenment, and achieved “Samadhi,” the ultimate stage of yoga and meditation. She has given speeches and taught meditation, three times, at the UN Headquarters. She has given lectures and training courses around the world including in Japan, the U.S, and India. She is also an author of books which have sold over 1 million copies.
