The more i watch your videos makes me want to move to Houston. I pay $2500 a month in the bronx
I lived in Manhattan and live in Houston for last 3 years. Lots of pros and cons to both cities, just be prepared for 5 months of insane heat and humidity per year. And thousands upon thousands of miles of driving every year. No subway, no walking here. Very different lifestyles.
We are very welcoming. I just pray we stop receivng transplants that add to the crime and have horrible attitudes.

I agree I like your videos as well. I just purchased a home a month ago, I wished I would have saw these videos before I purchased my home. My concern is there is no big business moving into these new locations. I see they have retail but some people don’t want to drive 30 minutes or an hour to get to work.

I have been in Houston for a long time and I can honestly tell you, unless you are somewhere horrible you don't want to come here. It's bad.
You don’t want to live in a 200k neighborhood. I’m in 800k wouldn’t go anywhere below. It’s the only place we feel safe
I lived everywhere in Houston, owned rentals which I sold... I never found it dangerous. @@Whatta33
