Probably a little late here, but Color Guard makes a leveling post bracket very similar to what he's using. Check Color Guards website for a local dealer.
Bending those flanges out at the top of the post is a bad idea should you need to remove the sleeve for some reason. Too much friction to move the sleeve the opposite direction. Good luck with that.

what lasts longer: chainlink, wrought iron, composite or vinyl fencing? what is vinyl fencing's life expectancy?
