This is a web swinging comparison between Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered PS5 VS Marvel's Spider-Man 2 new web swinging gameplay. This is from the footage of exclusive Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Symbiote suit web swinging and free roam alongside the web gliding mechanic which looks phenomenal.
I've done quite a few comparisons on the channel, Spider-Man 3, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Marvel's Avengers and other Spider-Man games have been compared.

it's funny how the comparison of which one is better and for which one is better for the ppl, the web swinging as whole in terms of mechanics is the same... but the 'Which web swinging do you prefer' is very funny considering that it's just a bunch of new animations as well as a speed enhancement and that's it
@@Springtrap523it's not even close... sure better than the TASM games or at least the 1st TASM game, The Avengers game, Shattered Dimensions, all the Spider-Man games before Sam Raimi's SM2 but that's about it... SM2 (don't mention the PC port) is more complex has the options to which you can select being player-friendly or just go all out... you have to manage and make skillful plays with its web swinging because it actually has proper physics, Ultimate Spiderman is a toned down version of SM2s web swinging but it does its own adjustments and its still deep enough for you to swing around and have fun, Spiderman 3 gets way way too much hate on basically everything but we are talking about web swinging and so Spiderman 3 did really try to innovate new things as well as improving on Spiderman 2, now this is where Web of Shadows comes along and its by far the best web swinging traversal for a spiderman game... WoS was built from SM3s build and they just expanded the whole web swinging all around

I like to think that Peter spiced up his web slinging, because he was inspired by Miles to do tricks again like in his younger days

@@Lightxedits_9Hmm nah I don’t think that’s the case Miles always had those tricks in Spider-Man MM. Peter on the other hand I noticed has some tricks where he looks at the camera just like Miles if I’m not mistaken that’s why I think there’s some indication that his tricks were influenced by Miles in some sort of way, just so he can have fun with his web swinging like he used to in his younger days if you know what I mean?

The new web swing animations look so good for Peter. I love how he’s experienced with it while he’s so much more flashy. They look really good when he’s wearing the symbiote, and I had no doubt that insomniac would deliver. Can’t wait for this game.

Spider-Man is still the best game I've played and no game comes near to the fun this brings. Spider-Man 2 looks like a much better experience and fun, definitely getting plat/100%.

Bruh insomniac is legendary, they improved upon the game so much since it was revealed back in june, it seriously looks amazing.

it makes me wonder if you have to unlock swinging tricks in the abilities or skills tab. Like not specific tricks but I’m talking like a “traversal upgrade” and there’s like 3 levels to that and the more levels you unlock the flashier your swinging will be.
I agree, there's so much content to this game and I can't wait to see how it all goes!
Still I will always have marvel spider man remastered a place in my heart even though I dnt have pc or consoles lol

I dont believe it will be in the game, but I would want to have like a dual swinging animation. You know like during the final swing in the 2002 movie where he shoots webs from both hands and dual swing. That would be so cool.

You don't always have to jump off when swinging, often enough it just slows you down. Just let go of R2 and swing that way, trust me.

Ivolt obviously spider man 2 web swinging is faster and animation style of peter and i think insomniac games use heavily inspiration from TASM2 movie web swinging and one thing while i notice he wear symboite suit and shooting webs and his webs shooters over ain't symboite gives unlimited webs

Basically Spider-Mans feet never touch the ground or rooftops during due to the float hover mechanic. I want room for error & challenge when Spider-Man is swinging. I like your content a lot btw but yeah I want full control of the swing.. I bought ps5 for this game so my expectations pretty high lol
