@@KayezTP I just got one and it’s actually my first step into PC gaming. I’ve had it for roughly a week and I’m playing Dying Light 2 at very high settings and it is mind blowing! I highly recommend it.
The large screen and the windows 11 operating system was a big plus for me.

@@johnwick3d I didn't use it that much because I play on my pc for the moment! But from what I've seen, it can run pretty big games smootly if you put the resolution down! So if you're ready to play on a lower res with less beautiful graphics, it's a super console! If you want something that has great graphics and runs smootly, unfortunately, a handheld pc won't do the job! But I run really well Diablo 4 and Xdefiant with low res!
If you want to have long sessions of gaming on the go, you really need a portable battery tho!

With Bazzite OS and the things you mentioned here, plus the bigger screen, more powerful hardware, I think this video just sold me on getting Legion go over Steam OLED. I'm not sure which looks better, but I imagine it's the Legion go despite it being LCD over OLED, due to the bigger screen and higher resolutions. So the one thing that was keeping me stuck in limbo between the two was how smooth the OS and experience to play games is on steam. I wasn't sure the hassle would be worth the bigger screen on legion Go and that would men I'm less likely to pick up and use it. But that sounds like it's fixed with Bazzite OS. - Can I ask you, is the legion go worth it with Bazzite OS? and does the bigger screen look better even over OLED?
Whats your opinion on using windows tiny 11 on the legion go? Im thinking of getting a legion go to play genshin and honkai star rail on the go since Ive heard that I can get banned playing genshin and honkai on the steam deck..
I always just have it launch i to big picture mode. Uses the cool little steam deck start up video. But this app is cool as well. Is it on steam or just a windows app? Bloaty Nosy is exactly what I ha e been looking for.
Great video, as always 👍. Could you do another video about GYRO for Legion Go? One for Windows and a second for Bazzite. That's the only thing that's problematic on this device. In Windows, turn it on by pressing a button, and in Bazzite, you can do that, but then the sensitivity or response isn't ideal. When I compare this to the Rog Ally, I don't have any problems at all (Windows and Bazzite); it works flawlessly.

Yep, you but it from steam, and once you do you won’t need to pay again. And yes, you need to have steam running in order to run the app, but steam will be running regardless when you’re playing a game.

I actually go medium on everything then ultra on textures then fsr quality. Sometimes I’m at 40fps sometimes at 25, but I still love it because I like to play that game as if it were an art peace instead of an fps you know?

Yes, you can set it up, and it's a much better experience. But you still have to spend some time setting it up.

The device is not the best around for no and not recommended it works but not as good as the others like Ally for example or steam deck

Yes, you can. But i woudnt recommend though. Is it not "official" software like Steam OS is abd may have some bugs and may take more te for them to fix it. But it is amazing and worth trying!!
currently bios and firmware updates on the Legion Go can only be done via Windows, so I'd recommend having at least a small Windows partition

I wouldn't go that way. With the power that the Legion has, you don't need more than 16GB of RAM. I have a dual boot with Bazite and it works really well.
So why would you (or in what instances would you) choose Bazzite since Linux isn't Lossless Scaling compatible?

Nice! I will add this when I get the LegionGo. I can't stand Linux and it's huge compatibility issues. Lossless scaling is a great app. Doesn't work on Linux steamos because of course compatibility issues.

For playnite I tried a few good themes and half of the video you see the stock theme, and the other half is the one that has the “Anthem” game on the theme picture for when you’re scrolling through the different screens. And as far as settings go, I straight up force locked playnite on boot. And it’s in full screen mode so it doesn’t cut out when something else pops up behind it

I lost the last 2 days comparing the ROG , Deck Oled and Lenovo, and I think Lenovo is the best in terms of what I need. Flexibility and big display that I can use as a second monitor to my external display when on camping.
Battery life is not and issue since I'm planning to use it docked 80% of the time in desktop (browsing mode).
My workstation is 4090 beast, but good luck bringing this to a camping grounds :D :D

Legión is the Best.. so many usable ootions.. not just as a Hand-held.... Lenovo great company... Solid built.... Try to get one without the controllers.. better get a good Bluetooth pro controller... My 2 cents
The Legion is a good bit more powerful than the Deck. The best thing about the Steam Deck, other than price, was the Linux-based OS, but now with Bazzite the Legion is better in almost every single way.
Just use Steam UI mode with Emudeck and you get Steam Deck experience with a single reboot

Whatever mod/app you install, please stay away from Handheld Companion. That shit will fu*ked up the controller & get rid of Legion Space. Only way to fix is to clean install windows. No biggie if you like to live your life difficult 😅

You just need to reset the controllers. Legion L + LB + LS will reset the left controller and the same combo on the right will reset the right controller.

the console has a maximum of 12 GB of RAM available to the system, the more applications you install, the less will be left for you.. that's why I think that installing any applications to run games is a stupid idea. we have Origin, Epic Store, Steam, Rocstar Launcher and others - suddenly it turns out that there is 50% of RAM left for you.
Lossles scalling-games I play, using this app means that the game is not smooth despite many frames per second - it's just cheating on the eyes

Peesonally me prefer standalone games, without any launchers.
I never trust softwares that get rid of bloat and stuff, i rather just do it manually, much safer that way

You're using it wrong. If the game is too demanding and youre getting lag and ghosting, turn off frame generation and just use the scaling option
