-1 (15.25oz) box chocolate cake mix
-2 (3.4oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
-1 Cup milk
-3/4 Cup oil
-1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 5 eggs
-1/2 Cup Mini semi sweet chocolate chops
***Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min.
(ganache topping)
-1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
-1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
***Microwave un 30 sec intervals until melted. Pour over cooled cake. Let set and Enjoy!

📌Chocolate Butterfinger Butter Bars:
(crust)
-1 box Chocolate Cake Mix 15.25oz.
-2 eggs
-6 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
***Mix to form crust, resrve 1/2 cup, press remaining into a 9x13. Then set that aside.
(filling)
-8oz Softened Cream Cheese
-2 Cups Powdered Sugar
-3.4oz box instant butterscotch pudding
-2 eggs
-6 Tbsp. Butter
-6 Fun size Butterfinger bars, crushed
***mix until combined, pour over filling. Crumble over reserved 1/2 cup of the crust mixture. Then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. until set.
(topping)
-1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
-1/4 Cup Butterscotch chips
-6 Fun size Butterfinger bars, crushed
***Sprinkle over topping and let continue to bake for 2-3 minutes. Let bars cool completely, then Enjoy!
-3 Tbsp. Peanut Butter, Melted

❤❤ hi Valerie, I have waited for over 20 years that may sound like a lot to figure out this recipe. I’ve tried everything I could try, but I never thought I needed the pie filling. I made your cake today and you’re right it smells fantastic and I know it’s gonna turn out just like yours, but I couldn’t believe that I found this recipe the way I found it was years ago with my fiancé at a street festival. She had big muffins and she was selling them for two dollars apiece. I told her I would pay her whatever she wanted for the recipe, she would not give it to me, so I am very determined. Person never forgot the recipe. I did go back the next day and buy two dozen from her and kept them in the freezer. They do freeze very nicely frosting on them thank you thank you thank you. You are fabulous. I’m 80 years old now and I just found this recipe and I was in my mid 30s when I first ran across it.
Keep these good recipes coming I liked it. They’re so simple. Yes, I would like to see potluck meals or sides for the summer. Really anything you do I watch!❤️

Everything looked really good. I happen to have 2 peach trees and a plum tree that are really loaded with fruit right now, but they will be small as it's their first year producing any fruit. I am going to make that peach cake with some of my peaches. Home grown is always the best!
I make a Lemon Icebox Pie aka "Sin Pie" in our house for Easter. It's super easy too. Just mix frozen lemonade concentrate with a can of sweetened condensed milk and a carton of cool whip. Add food coloring if you want and put into a graham cracker crust. Chill for an hour and it's time to eat!

I'm new to your videos and I have to tell you that you do all those little things that other wonderful cooks do. However you complete all your steps with something that makes me feel so satisfied, as though I was baking. You bake everything as though it was art. You scrape out every bowl, every cup, spread the cakes mix with such care, sprinkle things that need sprinkling with purpose and I'm sure I have forgotten to mention other things. You make my heart smile.

I also like that you use a spatula to get all the mix from the bowl ( many don't and they waste a lot of batter). Good hint to use both shortening & spray Pam to prevent sticking to the Bundt pan.

Everyone of these cakes look luscious and divine!!!!
One of my favorite go tos for a quick dessert... You need a microwave safe bundt pan, 1 box of German chocolate cake mix and 1 container of pecan and coconut frosting.
Spray with nonstick spray.
Put the frosting in a thick layer around the bottom of the pan. Do Not spread it out.
Fix cake mix according to box directions. Layer the cake mix on top of the frosting.
Cook on high in the microwave for 12 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Immediately turn out onto a cake plate.
You have a hot dessert in minutes.

I have made the honey bun cake, and it is delicious. The most delicious cake I've made is the Red Bird Cake. I made it for Christmas for the first time, and it was such a family favorite I've made it for 2 family birthdays. I made a lemon velvet cake with cream cheese icing. It was delicious as well.

I have to tell you I am a fan of the dump cakes but these are a must. Keep the ideas coming. Thank you, thank you for using the rubber spatula to get all of the mixture from the bowl. It drives me crazy to see people in cooking videos leave so much product. These cakes look so good don't leave any of it out, get your money's worth.

Hi Valerie, I stumbled across a video of yours yesterday and now I'm hooked! I watched 2 of your videos and just had to subscribe to your channel. Your recipes are fairly simple with ordinary ingredients and they look amazing. I loved the chicken recipe videos and now I've got to see more of the box cake videos. I like the way you do the videos by showing step-by-step instructions and doing voiceover after filming. You have such a calm and soothing voice that is easy to listen to, and I appreciate the tempo in speaking that you use when giving instructions. I'm on board with seeing some potluck and BBQ videos too. It's obvious that the main ingredient in all of your recipes is...LOVE. I'm glad I found your channel. I'd love for you to create a cookbook because I would buy it for sure. Best wishes for much success.
Use canned fruit, a little less water, some walnuts or pecans and normal box cake mix with vanilla or almond extract. I use oil and powder sugar to prepare the Bundt cake pan to pre glaze . It’s a little lighter than regular fruit cake and it is pretty for holidays and light and fruity in the spring.

I like to make brownies and put mini Reeces Pieces in there. Then I put chocolate frosting on top or peanut butter.
We had a cold front come thur last night in Indiana. It went from 80s and 70s to high 50s. Perfect time to turn on the oven and bake a cake. In the heat of the summer I like to make a no bake cream pie my Aunt use to make, she was a great cook. One Graham cracker pie crust, 8 oz cool whip, your flavored yogurt, I like to use 2, and then matching fresh fruit to go on top. I made this for a pot luck at work and got lots of complaints even from the men. You can use pineapple yogurt and cubed canned pineapple on top or strawberry yogurt and halved strawberry on top. Not very sweet for the people watching their sugar. Enjoy your videos the few I have made have been good, and the strawberry trifle I made for Easter went over like gang busters, especially with the men folk. Keep them coming ❤
