📌Triple Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies:
-1 box Chocolate Cake Mix (15.25oz)
-1 Egg
-1 stick melted Butter
-2 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate (1/3 cup of semi sweet Choc. chips), to be melted with the butter.
-3/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
***Melt butter and 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips together in the microwave. Make sure to do this in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, to avoid burning the chocolate. Next, to large bowl, add the butter chocolate mixture,along with cake mix and egg. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to give it a chance to cool. Finally, fold in 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips. Scoop onto cookie sheet and flatten. These cookies do not spread much. Bake at 325 for 10 min. I drizzled mine with melted white chocolate, dyed red, for decoration. Enjoy!

I agree about scraping the bowls clean. I have seen this on a lot of cooks online. I would be using a rubber spatula to get every drop out of the bowls!

Ive made a cake using the coconut pecan frosting for years. Have used butter cake mix or German chocolate cake mix. Big favorite. Other ingredients are like you used.
I have made it with yellow cake mix and the coconut pecan icing, as a bundt cake. It doesn't even need a sauce on top or anything it's delicious.

All your recipes sound amazing and I can't wait to make them. Whenever I am to press down on the
top of a cookie like peanut butter I always like to make a unusual imprint. I use my large meat
tenderizer where one side is smooth and the other side looks to be like spikes. I take the spike side
and to keep the first cookie from sticking to the spikes I have to spray it and push it down into a
bowl or plate full of sugar. Then I press it into the cookie dough and back into the sugar for the
next cookie. It makes the coolest imprint into the cookie. So I can't wait to make these Triple
Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies next. I subscribed

Another one with pumpkin- I’d use if it thanksgiving but other than that I’d sub. I am a fan of raspberry or cookie butter. I feel Ike cookie butter or vanilla frosting as a mix in could work too

I never scrape the bowl clean. When the cake is in the oven i lick the bowl, beaters, and spatula! So good. Lol
Eating raw batter with eggs in it is risky. No eggs in batter or frosting is just fine. Ask any baker.

Any way to make the cookies thinner & crunchy? Not a fan of soft or puffy.
Just use a smaller cookie scooper or spoon and flatten out more, will cook quickly so watch them.

All these, especially the pumpkins ones and the praline one sound so good. I love pumpkin. I bet a brown sugar glaze would be great on that pumpkin cake. I use a stick of butter, 1 C packed brown sugar and about a fourth C half and half, cook until the sugar dissolves and pour on a pumpkin cake. Its so good.

If you like chocolate more than pumpkin, try mixing the two together. Yum! You can have chocolate ganache on pumpkin pie, or have a marbled chocolate and pumpkin cheesecake. That's just two ideas to get you started.

Have you ever tried a little hot fudge over your honeybun cake. Pumpkin and chocolate are awesome together. The honeybun cake is so good all by itself but ho tfudge and ice cream with it really takes it over the top. I make it for an assisted living home.
Excellent and unique recipes. For the thin glaze on the Bundt cake (which looked delish!) I might have just served it on the side and let everyone drizzle on what they want. I do think your idea of using the ice cream caramel topper might help the texture of the glaze. I’ve made chocolate cookies with a box cake mix, and I used white chocolate chips and dried cherries. They were so good! Now I hear they are also making cream cheese flavored chips! That might be an interesting choice, especially if you were using a Red Velvet cake mix! I’m subscribing.
