I use my phone as an alarm because i never get up like can't hear the alarm forget snooze..so i switch on the vibrater to get up in the morning..like i tried today..i got up at 4:30 am at one go

As a student I wake up at 4 and dosen't need an alarm. My body automatically loses its sleep when it's 4 am.

I have a simple trick to wake up early - jitne time Mei Uthna hai utni baar pillow pe Sar maro aur dekhna which exact time pe uthoge hope this helps
