The Tesla would work with a 1967 cutlass or 1966 Buick Riviera really well. Both should be on the cheaper side of classic muscle, but still fairly easy to get a hold of. On the longer end a 1969 Ford Torino Cobra would look sick next to your swapped Mustang.

I'd kill to build a 71 Satellite with a 6.2L V8 dodge crate engine, but that idea doesn't appeal to everyone. We all have different tastes. Electric cars have mechanical parts so saying they aren't factually mechanical is weird.

This Lambo is a perfect restomod candidate, you can do manual conversion just like driftworks from UK and make your own panels with help from other CZcamsrs who own Murcis.

I loved my 1971 Mustang convertible when I had it in the 80s/90s. 109" wheelbase, 75" width. They could fit a 460, and I had N50-14s, 12.5" tread width and large bubble sidewalls tucked INSIDE the stock rear wheel wells just by using a 1970 rear which was 2" narrower. I had 295/50-15s fit inside the front fenders with no mods and no rubbing. They can take some SERIOUS tire size. And if you went convertible, the Tesla skate would likely be a lot stiffer than the Mustang unibody. Since they're the "unwanted" early Mustangs, getting one out there might be pretty cheap, especially if you find one with floor rot.

It is a badass body style and is often made into a hotrod. How about you make one drive like a REAL, silent hotrod. The wheelbase is very close and so is the body width. Make your own take on the Cybertruck with the model 3. But more b-is-for-build looking, and thus sporty.
The reason I say this is the hood and bed length of a "truck" style build is easy to adjust length wise to the chassis as the "lines" are fairly flat. Thus they are (relatively) easy to shorten or lengthen by inserting sections from another doaner bed or whatever.

Though not a preference since there are many cooler utes, I would suggest a Holden Commodore SS VE since the sedan was sold in the US so some parts would be easier to get.
