I would love translation of above interview with Jim Hutton
Jim Hutton looks like that one kind and humble uncle who always treats you better than even your parents :D
28 years after his death, he still remains one of the most popular stars of all time
“I won’t be a rockstar I will be a legend”
-Freddie Mercury
“When I’m dead, I want to be remembered as a musician of some worth and substance
-Freddie Mercury
You are Darling Legend
But do u know that what was the reasons of their death ??
@@anonymouskhan82 Freddie Mercury Aids ve zatürre, Jim Hutton akciğer kanseri.
It's now proved that Freddie's music had stood the test of time and he's well remembered all over the world. His legacy will go on for ever. His songs and his recordings are timeless. He was a creator, a revolutionary, a one-off. He would have carried on. That’s what motivated him, his work.
That's right. Even 22 years after his death Freddie still has a huge impact on world's music.
He was an all-round talent. FM was (is) the only Rock and Roll star who tried himself out in the opera dueting with world famous Spanish opera star Montserrat Caballe. And Freddie matched Montserrat !
Btw Mercury-fan Lady Gaga named herself after the legendary Queen track "Radio GaGa".
At last you can see him tear up a little ... I think Jim was a great man. I can see why Freddie fell for him
I never liked how they always referred to him as the “gardener “. I don’t think they would’ve stayed together so long if that’s all Jim was to him. A touching & respectful book . 2 lives cut too short.
I feel Joe used to call him a gardener while Peter ( Phoebe) had known Jim before meeting Freddie and they were close
He was the gardner who was left nothing more than the chef and the PA.
@@nlawson946 lmao no, freddie bought a house for him and jim in ireland the house which they had finished decorating before freddie passed away, it was the house in which jim spent the rest of his life in. As far as the music royalties go, freddie didnt knew there would be working meds for aids, Jim had that too, freddie thought jim was gonna die not long after him, there for no use putting a legal burden on another dying man so he divided his royalties between his parents and mary. Yall talk so much shit on things you know nothing about
@@a.m.5541 Freddie also bought a home for Joe and paid off Phoebe 's mortgage before he died. You really think Freddie was going to move to a house in Ireland in the middle of nowhere? He never bothered to travel to Ireland with Jim when he went home on visits. Freddie wrote his will in August of 1991 and Jim said he told Freddie he was HIV positive just weeks before he died in August. What's your explanation as to why he didn't leave the ashes to his "husband" ?
@@nlawson946 lmaoo love how off you're. You poor sad shit, He bought Joe a house because Joe went upto him and told him he was afraid he wouldn't have a hone after passed ( which is true Mary kicked out 3 men from their own home as fast as she could, didn't even let Joe have a last Christmas in his own home ). About Jim still wrong, Both Phoebe and Joe said Freddie about Jim's diagnosis before Jim even told him and had talked to Joe about it. Yes he didn't travel to Ireland with Jim, just like every partner who doesn't live in the same country to their partner's family lmao it's not even an uncommon situation. You seem mad that Freddie loved a man deal with it. And you know what if you're right and he did love Mary more then that poor guy got the biggest backstab in the history from the person he supposedly loved the most. She threw out the people who took care of him day and night his last years. Didn't let them take their own cats with them, gave away Freddie's cats, his children, to shelters. Cut off Freddie's family who loved her right after his funeral. Gave interviews with qoutes like "Freddie became gay to avoid passing aids to me". She denied people their own home. She gave interview two days after his death making up shit like how she was in there with him while he died, of how much he suffered. If you're right and he did love Mary more.... I pity the man. I hate to think of him looking down and being incredibly hurt in death. To be sold out by the person he supposedly loved the most is a sad thing, and to see her hurt his family and friends and his caretakers is sadder. The hill you're dying on is not good tbh. You can deny Freddie loved a man and he had a husband as much as you want but the alternative to the fact is his fear of being used by the very people he trusted and loved being true. So congratulations, I hope you're happy that in your headcannon Freddie died a death alone, only loving a clout chasing backstabber.
R.I.P - Freddie & Jim!!
Jim Hutton...extremely handsome. Beautiful facial features. He just radiates warmth all around him! I think Freddie was very attractive. I heard he dated Jim and I wanted to see what sort of taste he had in men and I wasn't disappointed! Freddie definately had great taste in men too lol
I LOVE their rendition of Show Must Go On. Very touching, sentimental, and reverent. RIP Mr Hutton 🌷
Jim gave Freddie their own version of a wedding ring (gay marriage wasn’t legal back then)and Freddie kept it on til the day he died, even when he was cremated. That’s how you can tell their relationship was strong👑💙❤️
Fabulous Freddie The fact that Freddie left the bulk of his fortune and his ashes to Mary tells me that he trusted Mary the most and they were soul mates.
Patricia Bilinkas I think that’s because Jim never wanted Freddie’s money and always refused to take and accept it during their time together. He always was very humble and down to earth. Maybe Freddie knew this and didn’t want to put Jim in this place 🤷🏼♀️ I think Jim wouldn’t have accepted it that easily and whole heartily 🙈but of course I could be horribly wrong, no one knows, except our legend of course 💔 (sorry I’m not a native speaker 🙈)
Ken Cheek When Freddie told Mary he was leaving Garden Lodge to her, she tried to dissuade him, but Freddie thought of her as his “wife” because they had lived together for so long, and she paid the rent and for food. He also said he could never love another person the way he did Mary. He left more to Mary than Jim.
@@patriciabilinkas3911 I assume you’re just a person who’s against gay men!! You only want to see that he loved Mary, girl wake up.... Freddie was gay & loved Jim!

Think this guy was asking to many personal questions and was quite disrespectful.
OK, but Hutton wrote a lot of "delicate" details in his book about Mercury. The showman only reacted to that and wanted to know more about those things.
To my oppinion Jim wrote very respectful and warm about Freddie in that book. He never blurted out any intimate pivacy between them.It seems to me that many People just cant except, that he told the truth about Mary. The interviewer is just an asshole, thats all. Learn to accept that Freddie and Jim loved each other to the end.
I can’t understand what they’re saying. I wish someone translated this to english

KreativeSpinnerin Are you joking? Would you want people to know about your sex life and things like becoming incontinent before you die? Freddie was deeply private, there is no way he would have wanted people to know these things.
His whole book was Freddie bought me this, I bought Freddie that, we had sex, we cuddled while we watched tv, that’s it.
That was all he had to write other than throw in a few deeply personal things about the end weeks.
Jim was so handsome!
When Jim died I felt they were Civil partner.
Jim was single after death of Freddie all the time.
They'd lived them vows. they'd done it for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health.
And even the death wasn't able to separate Freddie and Jim.
I agree with you. I think if same-sex marriage had been allowed then, Freddie and Jim would have been married. R.I.P. Freddie Mercury and Jim Hutton.
i doubt it very much..who did he leave the bulk of his estate to???mary whom he said on tape he concidered his common law wife and even when they stopped living to gather he bought her a house just down the road from him and gave her a job ..and he also said he could never love a man like he loved a women..you dont have to sleep with some one to love them..thats sex not love. jim only got the same amount of money that freddie gave to his chef. and only trusted his ashes to mary. he wrote the song love of my life for mary..what did he do for hutton
frnimay What year did Freddie say he could never love a man as much as a woman? Because it can contribute to the fact Jim and Freddie stayed together for a mere 6-7 years compared to 20+ years he knew Mary so he may have said that before he met Jim, after all, Freddie did have many rocky relationships with men before Jim plus the anti gay stigma surrounding him may have formed his opinion on women.
frnimay We also don't know if Mary somehow manipulated Freddie. I don't want to say it but it is a possibility.. They knew each other for so long and he was so sick.. It's pretty sketchy that she told the press that Freddie had died so quickly, how she never showed up to his tributes and how she recently got rid of his shrine in Garden Lodge calling it "Graffiti". It's also really off putting that the rest of the band members started disliking her for unknown reasons... Nobody here is a pure angel. Freddie was a brilliant man and the last thing I want to think about is him being manipulated by his "dearest friend" during his final days.
La Japonaise Was he actually single the whole time? I've just read an article stating he found a new lover after Freddie but for all I know it could be false.
The Strutts !!! Love Them, The lead vocals is a mix of Freddie and Mick but Mostly Freddie. We in America Love The Strutts !!! Forever love and Remember "The Legend Freddie Mercury"
Poor jim💔
@Ana Molina Jim was called the gardener as a disguise. Freddie did not want his parents to know that Jim was his lover
Thank you! It really quite obvious WHY he was referred to as Freddies gardener and not his lover. Despite ppl KNOWING Freddie was gay(which he was well aware of) he STILL NEVER admitted his true sexuality bc it was strictly a private matter to him. Kinda like Mary being referred to as his gf/wife and would accompany him on MANY occasions trying to keep the heat off of him but you notice right behind Mary and Freddie you have Jim Hutton so it was ALL there in black and white he just didn't flaunt it.

At least this proves Mary did not kick Jim out just after Freddie died!
bushwhacker I don't know why, but Mary couldn't stand Jim. Probably she was jealous of him. Hutton was a great friend and a modest human. Queen drummer Roger Taylor once remarked that Jim Hutton had a very good effect on Freddie, unlike a certain guy called Paul Prenter.
@@Hungary599 What's the relevance to my comment? Garden Lodge went into litigation after Freddies will was read, and those living there were given an additional 3 months notice to leave after the paperwork was finalised. There was no kicking out. No last minute eviction like some people believe!
@bushwhacker Was just a remark. It's about two of Mercury's lovers, after all. Jim Hutton wrote in his book that Mary didn't get on well with him, although JH didn't give any reason for that. Mary must have felt that Hutton was her 'rival'. She couldn't digest that Mercury chose Hutton. For Mary, Freddie was the love of her life. It was not easy to her to accept that he favoured men.
Again Hungary599 that is irrelevant to my post! You have elaborated on things irrelevant to what I wrote. I see you have an agenda here!

People are always taking sides, who did Freddie “really” love? Was it Mary or was it Freddie.... I always wanted to believe it was Mary, but who am I to judge? The one thing that always comes back to me is that Freddie left Mary so much money and left Jim so little! It disappoints me that Jim wrote a kiss and tell book about his relationship with Freddie, even descriptions of his final moments. What a betrayal 😖 of the man he loved. I do understand why Freddie trusted Mary, she refused to divulge anything personal related to Freddie. I really respect that!
She DID divulge personal information what about when She revealed how and when Freddie came out to her, does it get more personal than that. Seems like it is OK for anyone to talk about Freddie except Jim
Mary betrayed Freddie in many aspects, she kicked Jim out of garden lodge even though Freddie had said, that they could live there all together, she also gave two of Freddie´s beloved cats back to the shelter, Jim wanted to take them, but she refused and gave them to a shelter instead, how cruel and heartless was that, I think she played her cards right to get what she wanted.
Mary talked about Freddie in interviews. She said he called her old faithful. Jim wrote a book , he didn´t know how long he would live.Freddie knew he was going to die if they didn´t find a miracle medicine to cure aids and I think he wanted to spend his last years with someone he really loved.Mary started a family with her boyfriend while Freddie spent most of his last years with Jim.

Yes that’s a good word. We won’t call it menopause! There is this kind of solace that I’ve got now. I don’t have to try so hard. I don’t have to prove myself now. I’ve got a very understanding relationship. It sounds so boring, but it’s wonderful.” and “I’ve finally found that niche I was looking for all my life, and no fucker in this universe is going to upset it.” about his relationship with Jim. They were devoted to one another. I think the reason he didn’t say more or name Jim as his partner publicly is down to the homophobia of the time. If he had been fully out it could have ruined his career. Even today people say that Mary was his ideal romantic love (instead of a sisterly friend). If he said point-blank that he was gay and had a husband, that wouldn’t be there & people would look at him differently.
Why is he smiling while talking about Freddie's funeral and resting place?
Sam WF cause those were quite silly questions
@David Moore Freddie was surrounded by pretty smiling people
That was a awkward interview lol

Szerintem aranyosak voltak eggyüt, és friderikusz kicsit sok hülyeséget kérdez.
