I'd guess it's cause Lanks and Cyclops developed such a strong will to see things through that they didn't need the memories/visions of their friends to continue on, while Beltboy was just unable go on without some form of support Cyclops being driven by pure rage and a desire for vengeance; And Lanks with his determination to stay strong and achieve their goal, to see his friends wishes come true I'm not to good at explaining my thoughts, so I hope this makes sense
I agree with "n o". They all had different motives to keep going despite everything. While their friendship may have been a part of all of them, as Cyclops certainly doesn't pursue vengeance for damage on him, and lanks very well says that he also does what he does for his friends; it is Beltboy who probably puts forward their friendship as his main motivation, even eclipsing the girl perhaps.
my best guess is that she peeks out her room to check what's going on, and when she saw lanks, she probably didn't consider him a threat and took the opportunity to leave
I really only use Furious Bull when I have other party members, I prefer using Armageddon and Brutal Meteor for consistent damage and potential stuns. Slippery Bastard (Oiled Up) can still be used though since Hart only has one Fire move and it increases your Luck, which can be paired with the two skills I mentioned earlier for easy stun locks.

I think the idea is for everyone to stay in character. In the solo routes, Beltboy cares only about friendship. The girl is someone to pull him out of the depths of despair once his vengeance is complete. Cyclops is stupid and horny. He regrets the mission getting his friends killed, but after avenging them, he still feels the need to see the original objective through. Lanks may not be as malicious as Cyclops, but he’s similar goal-oriented on top of being stupid. He still wants to “save humanity”. In the Rodriguez route, nobody, not even Beltboy, goes through the same character development they do in the solo routes. Even if they’re nicer than the Lovelies, they still want the Girl at the end of it all. It wouldn’t be appropriate for anyone but Beltboy to win.
did lanks get koed during the sports king fight? it happened to me once too. since the game removes the other two party member, you're left with one dead guy which leads to a game over

Beltboy queda vivo en su final y le van a sacar una secuela llamada Lisa the Hopeless. Y en el final de Rodriguez queda ambiguo si los demás mueren, parece que solo beltboy muere ahí.
