The end of August has a big gaming event, I believe Gamescom, Konami have tradition of making announcements then. Then hopefully a December release will be announced then, or November if we're luckier.
Do you have to hit start every time to change camo/outfit? Hated that part of the game
I just hope peace walker is unlocked post game or a dlc that comes with this game... Then it would be entirely worth it or even co pete for game of the year... If konami can pull it off... Advertise one game only but release two games...
I'm hoping for a Peace Walker remake next, one big map for every mission without any loading. The maps on the PSP version were about 15 seconds long if you knew what you were doing lol Everyone is asking for MG1 & 2, but after seeing the fanmade version on Unreal, it seems like a terrible idea. Only Kojima could pull that off.
@@SavingPrivateBob konami needs to settle things with kojima and lay the foundation for a future colab or sell the rights to the mgs to franchise to sony but that might be too late as kojima has something in the works that would completely destroy MGS a tactical espionage kinda thing and might even be a ps6 launch title...

@@leophoenix1452facts. I still want a new Zone of The Enders. They need to finish Silent Hills. They are leaving too much money on the table beefing with Kojima. Then again I heard he was difficult to work with. They said on MGS he would buy up all these songs without listening instead of listening then buying the ones they know they want. That is tons of wasted money for the project.

It is obvious from the music selection that it is not a Kojima game.
at least they keep the theme song for MGS3...you can hear at the end of the video...
And this game was made by Kojima, they just tickle the graphics ...i hope they let all the rest the same....including that long climbing shaft...as it has a place in gameplay-story..

knowing Konami's disastrous situation, they are probably still using the fox engine to save costs, smashing it for unreal, the graphics are clearly those of a ps4, but obviously the gullible won't even notice...

Photorealistic games is very pricey and expensive....it cost 100 or more. why it can't come down lower cost? they simply can't by looking the art and style.

Out of loyalty to Hideo Kojima, I no longer buy any MGS titles he's not involved in. Konami didn't just disrespect him, they completely destroyed the MGS series. With the remake they are trying to win the fans back, but I advise every true MGS fan to stand firm and ignore Konami. Play the original MGS games and honor Hideo Kojima's work.

Environments and the animations look good, all they need to do is fix the faces on Snake, and the Boss. Hope they'll do that by the time the game releases!

Remakes allow new generations of gamers a modern experience of past masterpieces. There is a market for both remakes and new. Grow up.
as a PC player i waited years for a game like this to come on PC....sure i play them, but on an old PS3 that i bought in the period when everyone was already migrated on PS4...i still play other games on PS3 and i do not intend to buy another new console.
So yeah i bet there are a lot of PC players out-there that waited for MGS games to come on our platform too...
