I did fat transfer it's been a month now and I'm 35 years old. I've done in my cheeks and under my eyes and I'm so happy with my results, but always in a good hands of course

My doctor is from Spain as I'm from there, but unfortunately didn't last on me, only a few months and it's everything as before.
@S R no i don't think so. It's how you accept the fat in your skin, as my doctor told me there's no way to know before, so there are people that have the fat for at least 5 years or people that reabsorbed the fat in just 1 or 2 months, and this what my case.
@@rengisehola7044 I was asleep they put my anesthesia because I've another procedure and the fat it's yours so they will put you anesthesia too because first they have to take it from you.
The transfer under eye, was they able to go direct under eye in the crept soft area?
Fat gives a different look and makes your face look healthier and younger.
Filler doesn't look the same and doesn't incorporate with your face in the same way.

I would say that fillers are not that predictable. It can move from the place you fill it, you cant always dissolve lumps, and it look so unnatural. Fat looks very natural. Thats my opinion.
What would say for under eye fillers though? Fat under eye can cause abnormalities from what I’ve researched . Any insight would be appreciated. And why can’t it be dissolved the filler that is? They do have the dissolving agent for it and don’t for fat

Fat does not look natural when your body rejects up to 50% of it under your eyes and you can’t predict which region under the eyes it will reject, and there’s no way of removing it afterwards. Makes zero sense to do such an invasive and expensive surgery that goes away in a year for almost 70% of people

I had fillers and overtime they are bad for the face and tend to make u look older, no matter how done it.. look at Kylie Jenner... she probably went to the best doctor and she look 10 years older than she really is.. I really want to try fat grafting... hence.. why I am watching this video
I’ve read and heard other reports of filler never actually “disappearing” but migrating to other areas of the face- which was shown with xrays of patients up to 5 years after a single injection. After repeated years of injections because patients are told filler dissolves, they have a big build up that leads to that unfortunate heavy, pillowy look. Can you speak to that?

@@matthewyates2735 I didn't get fillers under the eyes, but on the cheekbones. Results were good but are disappearing slowly but not entirely which is good, since i don't think i will do it again because of the repetitive high costs.
You're right. I got under eye fillers that I didn't end up liking, and never went away until I dissolved it 5 years later

Dr. Youn, I got fillers under my eye that I hate. The doc did a bad job. When I inquired about removal, they said that they use hylenex & that it could attack my collagen. Can you please shed some light?

What would you recommend a nose filler or rhinoplasty? If nose filler, which kind should be used?
Rhinoplasty is sooooooo much better. If you get it, be sure your doctor uses dis-solvable souchers and use pure aloe on the scars. I have absolutely NO scars. I broke my nose when I was young and new young surgeon did a great job.

I have a question I want to do a BBL and the doctor says he puts the fat under the skin because under and in(between) the muscle is to dangerous and can lead to thrombosis. Is that true. I thought the fat gets more lost under the skin and grows in better in and under the muscles because of the blood vessels? 🤔

I've been trying to achieve tear trough hollowness filling with filler unsuccessful. Everytime I get filler on the undereye, the injector is unable to get right undereye bc of the risk of blockage. So I get filler but it's still hollow directly under eyelid. With fat transfer, can it get that risky area on the crept soft part under eye..Also, what is the statistics of the fat stay in the tear through area?

Not unless your actually losing weight all over just becuase your doing cardio doesn’t mean your losing fat you have to be in a calorie deficit for fat loss
If you lose weight it will be every where the fat transfer place (buttock or boob) will get smaller but so will everywhere else so you will have the same shape just smaller

@@matthewyates2735 Dont worry, I wouldnt say it is true. I read it on realself.com. It was a woman who said she had fillers in her face many times, then her doctor went away and she noticed her face defleated and it was worse than before fillers. You should ask your doctor.

Hi. Do you have any doctors in the Chicago area that are on your level or at least close to it? I have been on a 3 year search and have yet to find a doctor that I trust dealing with premature aging in black skin. There is so much conflicting info. I just watched your video regarding procedures of dark skin. Wish I had seen it before I was talked into fractional laser treatment. Is it true that you have a year long waiting list?

I had a thin face. Sculptra was the best one if you need to build cheeks. Voluma is a second runner up/or mix the two. Personally, the greatest results came from Sculptra. Fat transfer scares me (thinking Tori Spelling here). I would rather fork out the money than take the fat transfer chance.
How long did ur sculptra last?

What about mifill or some other long lasting derma filler for a big dent in upper thigh/hip area which is a post lipo mess. I have no fat left to harvest now and am nearly 60. Perhaps a silicon implant? My front silhouette is wavy and unnatural looking .

My coworker got fat transfer under eye tear trough and it looks horrible! U could see uneven lines going across on both sides of her face. Looks lumpy and that stays permanent . Although she denied having plastic surgery, everyone could tell . Watch out !

Someone told me that they use general anesthesia to numb your arms, belly or the place you have lots of fat and extract it with a huge needle. Then they clean it or purify it and inject it where you desire. So this is not true?

I wanted to ask in that video - why was Toners not included in the routine? Is toner not essential for skincare? And also, you promoted the use of exfoliating scrubs. I would never do fillers. I need a facial fat restoration procedure that’s permanent. Isn’t there something that’s both permanent & reliable?
What about bels palsy? I know botox and normal fillers cannot be used on the face. Can surgery be done effectively and fat fillers?
Kyle Adcock I have long term Bells Palsy and have found help at John Hopkins Hospital. Surgery was an option for me and may be for you. Another Dr in LA is also known to treat Bells Palsy with good outcomes, I think both Dr Azizzadeh in LA and Dr Byrne at John Hopkins are go to doctors for BP, good luck, I hope this helps.

TAKE IT FROM ME - I've had two fat transfers to the face (done by p/surgeons) - TOTAL waste of money and time. The results was lumpy and patchy and EXPENSIVE
Then I had Fillers - great results and inexpensive
I had a fat transfer and it looks really natural. The important thing is to go with a brilliant surgeon who has years of experience in fat transfer and is a specialist in this procedure.

Matthew Yates sure. I didn’t have it done directly under the eyes-around the bone just before the thin undereye skin. I do have one small lump under one eye which can would have to point out as it is not noticeable but I suppose that came from some dead fat. As I say, you wouldn’t notice it but it does make a slight difference to the smoothness of the undereye area. There’s always a chance of that so best to have it put it under the thicker skin and maybe use some filler to smooth things out a bit. It has made me look younger though for sure and is very subtle.

The fat transfer that I had with my face lift lasted 8 months.. That's it. Filler lasts much longer with me. The fat was taken from my abdomen and put in to my cheeks. I am 3 years post surgery this month and I retained none of it. Filler for me.

@@KarennAnnn Me too and the doctor I was looking into her in Scottsdale wants to charge me $3,000 and he even said that he will NOT put extra fat into my lips to compensate for the fat will be lost 🤦🏻♀️. I’m afraid of paying the 3 g’s and after the healing period the swelling and plumpness will go down.
Depends on the skill of the surgeon and the method they used to harvest the fat
I had fat taken from the upper thighs and it was gone within a year. The results were superb honestly. The fillers i have last longer, but the look isn't natural at first. After it starts fading/dissolving/migrating your face becomes less 'chunky' again.
