Therapeutic to watch. I had my R32 engine rebuilt at around 270k Km and driven 30k Km in 4 years since. Sweet engine. Keeping my Mk.5 stock standard other than Eibach springs and Bilstein B8 absorbers.
i bought a EJ207 sti ra spec c - forged nitrited x drilled balanced to 1 gram ! 7,000 rpm smooth as silk . will do 8,200 !

Glad you like it. Nope, it will not be boosted, just NA with higher cr pistons and milltek exhaust to gain few more ponies 😁

Valve cover is going to leak without the silicone in key locations and the intake cam is at least 5 degrees off.
Nope, engine works perfectly and zero leaks, I installed sealent there where it needed and thats it. Vcds shows perfectly timing degrees and it is, as ecu wants and vvt works nicely

How many rpm can you pull with an original head gasket and screws
Some small companies make billet Inline-6 or V8 engine blocks. Why can't they make billet VR6 (or boxer-6/H6) blocks?

I have a Mk5 r32 with a full exhaust system and HPA cvp inlet manifold. I’m doing cams and head work in the new year. I’m interested to see the results with higher cr. Andy.

Hi are they forged pistons? I’m doing an engine swap and I’m using the bub 3.2 engine, I want to turbo charge it so looking for pistons as going to rebuild it before it goes in, where you get the chains and gaskets from ?
Seems a shame you put the cam cover back on without powder coating it or polishing it. Nice work though 👍

Thanks!Well at the moment we dont know how much it makes. Car is not done yet and in few months i hope we can go to dyno and see the result. Yeah, our next step is cams aswell.
