What I do suggest is checking out the vitamins that are actually in a prenatal vitamin and then purchasing those vitamins separately and taking the recommended daily dosage for a normal adult. Personally I take B Complex, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Biotin and Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil supplements and it has not only maintained my hair from graying early like the rest of my family went through but has also stopped my excessive shedding and caused much quicker growth and beautiful shine in my follicles. It isn't a big deal if you want to take the prenatal vitamins temporarily until you get each separate supplement, I just don't recommend giving your body the higher dosages of vitamins that are in prenatals if you're not actually pregnant. Another benefit to taking my vitamins is that my nails now grow super fast and strong and have a nice natural shine to them that I don't even bother wearing nail polish.

That's the one that will give you the most results, however taking the Vitamin A helps maintain the melanin in your hair to stave off graying and Vitamin E is really good for maintaining strength and elasticity in hair as well as great for your scalp and skin.

Tisha came such a long way for her fame and the income she earns off her own throughout her career. For her to own a lot luxurious stuff especially designer bags obviously buh I came and realize that ever since she had a child she is very definitely glowing especially how her vlogs were way back . I give so much props on her . congrats on how she improved with her whole collections over her designer wear . She even reselling all her bags with all her heart .
