One of my inspirations for working out are these superhero actors. I lost considerable weight and gained a lot of muscle since the beginning of 2024 after getting really fat from the pandemic. My self esteem is high now and I thank guys like Hugh Jackmann for motivating me. Thank you, you'll always be the best wolverine.

I love that Hugh is coming back for this. I will say this about his character in the old franchise though. They never did pay real justice to the way he was used under Weapon X. The violation Logan felt being used as a tool of death, and then having his memory wiped after each successful assassination mission, like with Bucky Barnes as Winter Soldier. He has flashbacks, and recognized his own handiwork. Logan was a great film. It’s just a shame they never quite illustrated how Logan was violated and made to feel helpless. I think this movie will be a huge success, and Mr. Jackman is the perfect individual to play the role.
That takes true commitment and dedication. As a fan since the 90's, I am very impressed how you are handling being a single man. I lost mine during COVID-19. I understand!

Hughs got those long legs like me... hard to build size on them. Can be strong as hell but takes forever to build size
Same. 6’0 and it’s tough to grow my calves
@b.pack3 ofc it is when you don't do them almost every day, calf is stubborn muscle and unlike arms you used legs to move around your whole life so naturally it requires much more work
it just be genetic with calfs, weirdly won't be about strength or speed. Because some people who have weak calfs have huge ones. Then look to the NFL where some guys have skinny calfs but you know they are strong. Atleast stronger than the guys sitting in chair with big calfs. Sadly calf size is mostly to do with genetics. But yeah calf raises will help a little, still important muscle to work out
