  • In a recent interview, Hugh Jackman talked about his preparation to reprise the role of Wolverine once again for the highly anticipated Deadpool 3 movie.
He was asked how he was going to physically prepare now that he is 54 years old, and most unexpectedly, he was asked if he had ever "juiced" or taken performance enhancing products.

I respect Zack Efron for being kind of the only actor in Hollywood to say that he had to take steroids for a bunch of roles. And the fact that Hugh said “I have to be careful of what I say here” is sad, these companies are really telling these men “Hey if you tell anyone you’re juicing we will terminate your contract, you won’t make a cent and we might even pursue legal action.” Fuck these companies man, it shouldn’t be like this.

They would have to be significantly dehydrated for extended periods of time. Thats just not realistic. To dehydrate enough to look that muscular would not be normal or sustainable through even one 12 hour shoot. Look at MMA fighters or anyone that has to cut weight. Not only do they look thinner, but you can see it in the face too. Which, again, in order for him to dehydrate enough to get THAT muscle physique would definitely leave him looking sickly. NTM his body would be rehydrating back to pretty much normal levels within a day. Which would mean they would have to constantly be dehydrating him for weeks at a time, and if youre not doing something for the health risks I doubt youd dehydrate yourself for weeks either.

I can imagine Jackman not having too. Natural athletic ability, got all the external bits going on and consistency is key which he eluded too. I believe it, he seems to always stay in shape in his daily life but he surely intensifies his diet and workout to look in his peak condition. It's hard for people to believe but it's true, he has good genetics and morphology and has been training his physique daily for more than a decade, his body is consistent with someone with a very well-worked natural physique.

This one is difficult, because he's not extremely big(as Hemsworth for example) and Hugh in shape all these ears, it is hard work, genetic, and of course filming, this guy had great work ethic, with steroids or not u can't just get this shape if you not work hard and smart consistently.

Trt is the way.. Some don't consider that to be using steroids, but it is. Not as crazy as Tren, deca, or Winstrol, but you're still on sauce.. 😉

He’s the kind of guy that could say yes. I’ve taken them before for movie roles, and I wouldn’t lose any respect for him. I think a lot of people feel that way actually.
